Hôtel très agréable au bord d’une plage de sable. Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Restauration exceptionnelle. Un hôtel de rêve pour des vacances au bord de mer.

Globalement fort correct et agréable ,... même s'ils poussent le bouchon jusqu'a faire payer le parking sur leur propre parking privé,.... Gonflés !! Compte tenu du prix des chambres, ils pourraient se passer de ce type de tarification. Plutôt déplacé, donc.

Arrivée, accueil top! 17h je décide de manger quelque chose à l'hôtel. Me dirige vers Le Cocobaia. A l'entrée sur l'ardoise il est indiqué une carte de plage de 10h à 19h. On m'informe cependant que c'est seulement jusqu'à 15h, me propose des cacahuètes. Me replie sur le Lounge Bar, ouvert de 11h a 22h selon site. Demande la carte commande une salade césar. Reponse: désolé nous ne servons que des planches de fromages ou charcuterie! Du coup parti à pied vers le port pour un moules frites🤷♂️ Sinon les chambres sont certes petites, mais confortables et intelligemment agencées. Mangé au restaurant le deuxième soir. Très bon service, bonne cuisine, rapport qualité/prix correct. Propreté générale bonne. Pas utilisé le spa, ni la Piscine. Dommage, un effort sur la restauration "hors restaurant" clairement nécessaire pour justifier le 5 étoiles...

Exceptional Hotel Exceptional Location Exceptional Staff and Service Family of 6. Week long stay last week of August 2024. The on beach location within walking distance of so many activities and amenities is just amazing. We had 4 young children ages 9,8,6,6 and the hotel staff were just so pleasant and accommodating of them. This hotel is such a fantastic mix of a 5 star hotel and a home away from home. Jerome, Lucas and Jennifer in the restaurant were particularly nice.

We entre amis au top ! Le personnel est super sympa et toujours dispo avec le sourire en plus ! Merci à Caroline à la plage pour son efficacité. Nous avons très bien mangé aussi bien à la plage qu’au resto de l’hôtel. Très bel établissement au bord de mer

Hôtel 5 étoiles qui n'en mérite que 2 puisqu'aucune prestation n'est comprise dans le tarif. Aucun accès au SPA ou à la plage privée ! petites chambres et sans accessoires spécifiques

Hôtel parfait pour son emplacement nous venons dans cet établissement 2 fois par an depuis 4 ans en couple ou en famille et en basse ou haute saisons il a de plus une plage privé uniquement en haute saison avec une très bonne restauration la carte simple mais efficace un service voiturier qui est très bien l’ensemble du personnel est parfait et je dit bien toutes les équipes du personnel de chambre et réception bar etc… tous font de leurs mieux pour que vous passiez un bon séjour ou plus pour ceux qui mettent des commentaires pas niveau d’un 5 étoiles je rappel que 5 étoiles ce n’est pas un palace et un palace ce n’est pas le même budget nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Plage et piscine au top, on a passé une superbe journée à la paillote même si c'était cher. Gros point négatif : le lit d’appoint pour notre fille de 15 ans : très étroit, très inconfortable, elle a très mal dormi et eu mal au dos, c'est un lit de camping. On ne nous a pas trouvé de solution si ce n’est de nous offrir le supplément (55 euros par nuit) mais on aurait de loin préféré avoir un autre vrai lit…
