It is speculated that the hotel is opened by a Chinese boss. The daily necessities in the room are very suitable for Chinese people. There is a hot water kettle and disposable slippers. Terrible service. We booked for a group of 24 people, and they canceled our rooms because my card doesn't work, according to them. I contacted them to confirm my reservation and make payment at the hotel upon arrival. First they tell me that there is no space in the suite because I already had a reservation, and on top of that they cancel my reservation for no reason. What terrible service and attention, they shouldn't put rooms for sale that don't have them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, TERRIBLE ATTENTION AND TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT

In one of the best areas of La Paz, but the service and staff leave a lot to be desired. The breakfast was totally basic with few options, the room was poorly cleaned and there was an exaggerated smell of tobacco throughout the hotel. Go back to that hotel, no thanks.
