The only complaint I had is that there was a constant fan running on the heat. There was no way to turn the fan off. Very clean and friendly staff.

This was my first stay at a Best Western, overall we were very pleased with our stay. The only thing I think they need to do is update their room listings that say there is a bathtub, because I booked the room I did because it showed it had a tub. When arriving at the hotel staff told me that all rooms had been redone and no longer have tubs only walk-in showers.

The manager told my daughter to stop using the elevator so much and then when she went down there to get change for laundry soap he said he’s going to have to put her on pay roll so very unwelcoming

Clean, very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful. The beds were VERY firm. If this bothers you, as it did my back, then perhaps a different hotel. My travel partner did not have an issue with the firmness of the bed. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was acceptable. The worst part was part was the price gouging. paying $ 300 a night for this room and hotel was pretty ridiculous.
