The AC in our room didn't work. The room and bedsheets smelled sour - not clean. The floor in our room was sticky. Room small, bathroom had no counter space for toiletries. Will not stay here again nor recommend it. Value for money 2/10.

Right at home. in style! Excellent location. Surprising didnt show up on trip advisor (only lahore was visible). Very good staff and service. Fantastic rooms and especially the bathroom. Everything was perfect to the tiniest detail. One exception was when i entered the hotel. no one came to pick up my luggage till i chastised them. Also, the check in clerk was way too slow and the manager had to come intervene to expedite the process.

I intended to stay in this hotel but had to cancel my stay. After assuring me that I would get a refund the manager has so far refused to reimburse me. I've been in touch with him for over a month now. This is unbelievably unprofessional. Moral of the story: DO NOT BOOK AND DO NOT PAY!

Very nice stay. The interior was gorgeous and clean & the staff was excellent. Breakfast included. Comfy room. Good amenities. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend this to anyone coming for a work trip or solo ***** to Lahore.

This is an excellent hotel: comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast and a staff that goes out of its way to meet your every desire. Mr. shahzad qadir was especially helpful. Located in bustling, busy Gulberg, it is close to numerous restaurants and caftés with different cuisines.

I booked this hotel to stay for 16 days. On ***********, the hotel is stated as fully refundable. Because I know that *********** takes extra money from the establishments they advertise, I felt I would do the Ambiance Boutique Art hotel a favour by booking directly with them. What a mistake! A change at work meant that I could no longer take the trip. I have requested a refund and, after assuring me initially that they would give me a refund within days, I've received nothing - and now they are not even replying to my messages! BE WARNED - DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THIS HOTEL!
