Rezeption und Personal waren sehr kooperativ, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war fantastisch mit großen Auswahl aus frischen Zutaten (hervorragend). Zimmer war ebenfalls gut mit funktionsfähig ausgestattete Geräte, TV, Kühlschrank Klimaanlage etc. Im Badezimmer gab es eine kleine Verbesserung, z.b Handtücher mit Flecken Badewanne und WC waren nicht sauber.

*2/5 Stars* I was underwhelmed by the experience. The hotel's atmosphere was dark and shady, giving off a horror-like vibe that didn't make me feel comfortable or welcome. The service was lacking, with a self-service approach that felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly trained, which only added to my frustration. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unless they address these issues, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I stayed at the hotel for a few nights in April and then again in May. Both my stays were sheer delight! Starting with Aftab Saleem, the sales manager, to every staff member they ensured that guests had the experience of a lifetime. The rooms, restaurant and all public areas were exceptionally clean at all times. The menu & dishes were always above average. The only thing that could have made my experience any better is that it being so hot, the hotel could have some kind of an arrangement for chilled beer/alcoholic beverages for foreigners.

We had booked multiple rooms for our guests at this peaceful property located right at the heart of the city. All guests had a wonderful experience with regards to service, rooms and food. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel had a beautiful pool and a very nice gym too. Highly recommended.

The more I say about this hotel is less. Very convenient location, very secure, excellent staff and management. We stayed for 3 nights and were thoroughly impressed with the service, food and amenities. Special thanks to Mr. Suleman who is the hotel manager. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 night traveling solo in Lahore and was treated like a Queen! My room was actually a suite and was very modern and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good as were my dinner meals in the dining room. The location is quiet but close to the main sights on the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again!!

Executive King Room was very spacious. But had many problems. AC didn't work first 2 nights. And for some unknown reason, your bed side light switch is near the feet instead of being next to light switch. Do not Disturb sign was not displaying on the screen outside the door. I told the reception but nothing was done. Sadly, at night the only coffee available was in the room. Room service didn't have coffee as it was outsourced and they close by 11pm. Breakfast was very good. At night I ordered room service. Food was good as well. It is worth staying if their electrical staff becomes more responsible and ensures guests have a comfortable stay.
