The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

Staying at Hampton by Hilton is a great experience! The service is superb! The room layout is exquisite, the facilities are brand new and smart and convenient. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied, and delicious. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and their sincere smiles are like warm sunshine. First visit to Lanzhou and while I enjoyed the city - the hotel was far overpriced (Double Room - Executive Floor). Paying ”Shanghai” prices in Lanzhou in Winter just seems crazy. For the price, I was expecting a 5-star experience, which it wasn't. The executive lounge was comfortable, but not well stocked with drinks or snacks. The main lobby has some kind of 'perfume' or fragrance in the air, which was unpleasant. The guest room was excessively warm, even with the windows open. HIGH POINT - Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. And the breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping staff also very friendly, and helpful.

During the National Day holiday, it was cheaper to stay at their hotel than during normal times. I stayed there for three days. Although it is relatively far from the old city of Lanzhou, it is less than an hour's drive away. The hotel is in a good location and comfortable to stay at. I drove around the scenic spots during the day, drove back to Lanzhou New District to have a meal at night, and went back to the hotel to swim. I spent a comfortable day of sightseeing.

Checked in again. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and the hotel environment was very warm. I stayed with my children. Children's supplies were already prepared when I arrived in the room. This hotel is highly recommended.

This is a very clean, reasonably priced hotel, close to the region's best museum as well as Lanzhou's High Speed railway station (LanzhouXi/Lanzhou west) The staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. This hotel has spacios, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast buffet. I will stay here again the next time I am in Lanzhou! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a prime location in Chengguan District, next to the famous Nanguan Night Market and Wuquanshan Park, two kilometers away from Zhongshan Bridge (the first bridge of the Yellow River), and the Han Jiugong beef noodles opposite are very delicious. The waiters are of good quality, patiently answering customers' needs and trying their best to provide services. I booked a deluxe room with complete facilities, warm and comfortable rooms, and a special tea-tasting sofa for drinking tea and taking a short rest. There is also a bathtub, rich breakfast, and authentic Lanzhou ramen. The stay is quiet and worth a thumbs up👍. It should be noted that there are many delicacies in the Nanguan Night Market, and the sanitary conditions need to be improved. It is better to watch more and move less.

This place is adjacent to the highway exit, which is suitable for self-driving tourists. Although it is close to the highway, it is still relatively quiet at night, not noisy, and does not affect rest. Water and drinks are available in the room, which are free to use. Very satisfied
