Extended Stay America Suites - Las Vegas - East Flamingo

Far away from center, elevetor doesn’t work carry luggages 3 rd floor, no pillows in the room, also bo soup.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with whatever we asked. Security seemed to be a paramount concern with this hotel and they were very good about it. My one and only complaint was that for as many people as we had in our room we needed more than just the tiny bathroom trashcan. But like I said we asked for a large trash bag and we were able to keep ourselves cleaned up after.

So let me start off by saying this i always check the rating on places but since it was on my favorite app i didn't even bother. Wasn't super expensive or cheap 295. For 2 nights. We should have gotten the hint the first day when the troll at the front desk started yelling at me to keep pushing the door. We go to our disgusting outdated room and the air conditioning is blowing hot air. I go downstairs to complain and the troll says either stay in the hot room or get a full refund. Mind you it's 108 degrees outside like that is an option. I am still waiting for an apology from corporate like that place has no reason to be called a hotel and I've stayed at extended stay America and this one was not one.

Decent place to stay

It was the worse i ever had. Soon as we arrived around midnight i notified the front desk that the room door latch lock was missing. She said well its late we will fix it in the morning or switch your room. We had to wedge the ironing board into the door for protection. The next morning I told the new front desk operator what happened and she said her supervisor comes in at 8am and they would reach out to me. Around 10am since i havent heard back i went down there and they said the would send someone shortly. Now its 1 o'clock still no one came I went back down there and they said they didn't have any other vacant rooms and they dont have the part to fix the door. She then added that "I dont know what else to do." I went and stayed with a friend until bed time because of the safety concern. The next day around 10am a male guy came knocking at the door in the morning. I showed him what the concern was and he said he would come right back and fix it. He didn't return ao i went to the front desk and he was there. He said he was ordering the part and wasnt sure of when it will be in. Day 3 havent heard anything back from them at all. So after another night of using the ironing board to wedge the door overnight at 8am the house keeper knocking at the door. I said, " Is everything okay " He replied, "I just making sure you leaving today." I told him its 8am checkout time is at 11am. He walked away. I finished packing at 10 and the front desk and security officer asked was i leaving

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bathroom ceiling caving in, tub was filthy, walls were dirty, sto be didn't work, carpets dirty on and on

Breakfast is just a joke, better arrange your own breakfast

No hairdryer. Unable to make tea or coffee but we did have a large fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and iron and ironing board.

Ladies at the from t desk were friendly and very nice. But the room was horrible the ac was old and loud and right next to the bed. The tv remote had no batteries, the room smelled like an ashtray. The towels were old and smelled like chlorine. I will definitely not be staying here ever again.
