Perfect Inn Motel

We were coming back from Zion National Park and thought we could find a place to stay in Vegas on a Monday night. Well, we were wrong. Lots of conventions in town and LV was totally sold out. We stayed here and were worried about safety, but it was far enough down Fremont to be ok. The room was obviously dated but clean. I believe some rooms may be or may have been one room efficiency apartments with a mini fridge and stove. The bed/pillows were nothing to write home about but they did their job. Also, they put a $80 extra hold on the room that they reimburse after 7AM the next day. It appears they may have new owners trying to make some improvements? They were planting roses in concrete containers. Good luck! The owner, handyman and cleaning woman were all very friendly. I hope this place does well:)

Customer service was excellent! The only complaint the towels are too small and the bed too hard. Place was perfectly clean and again, customer service made up for the above. The staff was so nice 👍

I came up to Vegas from California for a wedding. Nice little spot perfect three minute drive from Fremont Street. The Front desk service was very nice. Very clean construction is going on outside. They are making improvements if I go back to Vegas I will stay here again.

Nothing how the pictures looks horrible and it say 2 min from Fremont not true take like 10 min in car 🚘

Did not stay! I looked for another Hotel! The roof was under construction,the room smelled and did not look like the photos that were on the website !
