J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans un cadre professionnel. L'accueil est très professionnel et sympathique. La nourriture est également de qualité. Ma chambre était situé dans le bâtiment annexe. A mon humble avis, une sérieuse rénovation s'impose. Le bâtiment doit dater de l'âge de la pierre. L'odeur dans les couloir et la chambre, les moquettes douteuses, salles de bain vieillottes incitent plus à la fuite qu'à la relaxation. Le bâtiment en lui-même vous en donne un avant-goût.

Ich bin auch bei meinem dritten Besuch begeistert! 2 Tage die Batterien aufladen in herrlicher Umgebung Das Hotel liegt inmitten der grünen Jurahügel und das geräumige, renovierte Zimmer (mit Kaffeemaschine, Schreibtisch und Sessel mit Tischchen) bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Wenn wir nicht am Wellnessen waren, genossen wir die Ruhe auf dem aussichtsreichen Balkon oder an einem lauschigen Platz im Grünen in der direkten Umgebung. Im gepflegten Spa (im Preis inklusive) mit Retro-Charme geniesst man die freie Sicht über die Hügel - im Thermalpool genauso wie im Ruheraum, wo Zitruswasser und kleine Snacks zur Erfrischung bereitstehen. Nicht zu übertreffen ist die (separat zu buchende) Sauna am Waldrand. Privates Seelenbaumelnlassen outdoor, inmitten der Natur. Im Restaurant wurden wir mit kreativen, saisonalen, sehr leckeren Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Das grösste Kompliment geht aber an das herzliche, hilfsbereite Team, das alles für unser Wohlbefinden tat und auch bei speziellen Anfragen gemeinsam nach einer Lösung suchte. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Baselbiet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, wenn auch etwas spartan eingerichtet. Eine sanfte Renovation wäre in den Korridoren nötig. Der Zugang zum Wellness- und Fitnessbereich ist kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet ein korrektes Sortiment an sowie die Speisenkarte im Restaurant. Sehr lecker und geschmackvoll angerichtete Speisen und es hat etwas für jeden.

Hotel: Great Fantastic location, great views, great balcony Very good room on 4th floor, good bathroom, overall clean and very pleasant Spa: Great pool Good sauna area Oldish and not updated but functional Restaurant for breakfast: Very good Plenty of choices and quality Restaurant for dinner: Very disappointing Food good Wines, basic Services .. very very disappointing. We were sitting at table at end of resto. We never never had anyone stop buy and ask how things were, if we needed anything, etc. We always, always had to stop someone, almost always someone different to get things, get drinks, etc.etc. To be fair, the responses were good and reasonably prompt, but always having to ask was bad. I am sure we did not have anyone assigned to our table. It was a terrible experience. Organization at resto was extremely bad. Destroyed our experience unfortunately.

Schöner Ausflugsort mit grandioser Aussicht auf der Terrasse und im stilvoll eingerichteten Restaurant. Das Nachtessen war zu unserer Zufriedenheit: Bärlauch-Gnoggi mit Burrata, fein im Geschmack! Mein Mann wünschte sich einen Rindsburger. Ganz speziell: der Burger ist auf der Oberseite tief-schwarz, aber nicht verbrannt - unsere erste optische Bewertung ist eher negativ, ein Gag, wieso schwarz? Sieht unappetitlich aus, ist aber trotzdem gut. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass mein stilles Wasser in einer eigens kreierten Flasche serviert wurde, welche mit vielen Kalkflecken überdeckt war, leider ein Negativpunkt. Freundliches Servicepersonal, Aufmerksamkeit könnte noch verbessert werden, wenn neue Gäste am Eingang auf Tischzuweisung warten.

Grosszügige Zimmer mit einmaligem Ausblick in die Landschaft, grosses Schwimmbassin und weitere Wellnessangebote zum Entspannen, ausgezeichnete Küche, sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Das Bad Ramsach ist eine erstklassige Adresse für einen privaten, ruhigen Aufenthalt wie auch für Gruppen- oder Firmenanlässe.

Hôtel avec très belle vue et les repas sont parfaitement délicieux. Situation très tranquille. Les chambres sont ... sobres et mériteraient une modernisation, sans parler des couloirs dont la moquette date un peu... De plus, une personne qui fait irruption dans la chambre à 06.00 h. du matin (elle avait les clés) sans que la réception ait une seule explication ....

The common areas are beautiful, classy; the food is very good, even if we were a group of 40+ people; facilities are nice, extremely well kept, carefully managed. For our work session, it was excellent with basically no comments. On the other hand, the room in the second building was only OK. Very small, bed excessively bland, only one pillow and towel set, no soap for the shower… the view from the room and the balcony are beautiful, but it screams of cutting costs anywhere possible, a little like penny pinching.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig veraltet. Jedoch akzeptabel. Der Roomservice ist nicht existent. Wir haben das Zimmer um 10.25 verlassen, sind um 22.25 zurückgekehrt und es wurde weder geputzt, gebettet, gereinigt. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Zimmerpreis 280.00 pro Nacht. Das sagt alles: unterirdisch, inakzeptabel.
