I give this review on the grounds of I have spent $1,800 on this Hotel alone and they will not even make 1 night free. I'm homeless and am spending all my savings for me, my wife and daughter plus my granddaughter.
We lost our home in a court case where I changed my mind about selling and Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses sued me.
All you smell is ********* at night and Cigarette smoke in the morning. It's the cheapest place if you're wanting to know why I didn't leave.
Food is OK. Only 2 of the Clerks on duty and the maintenance staff was Awesome .
Sorry to have to give this type of review but if it's honesty you want then here you go.

It's a very nice and clean atmosphere the pool area is always on point I highly recommend if you're traveling through the Northeast side of Indianapolis that you stay with Baymont Northeast.

Felt I got less than what I had paid for. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of selection. Our room was not cleaned 2 nights in a row. Hairdryer was non functioning.

Dirty towels, rug was ripped up, door was damaged, bathroom towels were dirty. Noise level was ridiculous and obscene.

This hotel had renovations going on. HVAC units were shut off until guest entered room. Had a late check in and at 3:30am, the room was still in the high 70s/low 80s. I know of at least 2 of the rooms had very dark stains on the bed sheets and mattresses.

Absolutely disgusting, we got to our room and checked the sheet and saw extensive disgusting stains on the mattress. We told the front desk and got a new room and the mattress was also stained in this room. Beyond disgusting. The hotel seemed dirty from check in and clearly proved to be right. Thankfully ******* cancelled and refunded our stay. We did not end up staying.

The condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Furniture looked as if it was picked up from a thrift shop. Hallways were dark. "Hot breakfast" was a joke as only the scramble eggs were hot. I dished up cold sausages as well as cold biscuits and gravy. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel in spite of the reasonable prices.

Surly staff, substandard maintenance. Lack of amenities. Barking dogs on second floor where I was staying. Internet service fickle. Desk unresponsive to simple problems, like coffee maker that did not work- had to go take it down to them myself so they pulled one from unoccupied room. Magnetic key card usually had to be replaced daily, as it no longer opened door. ETc…
