Very good, the room is clean and spacious, suitable for family travel. Very close to the Palace of Versailles, within walking distance. The breakfast is also very rich and the hotel service is in place. beyond expectation.

Restaurant staff were super friendly and willing to help and make me comfortable.
Very good location and very accessible public transportation.
Good initiative to provide guests the possibility to fill their water bottles (with both sparkling still water).
Found it strange that nobody offered to carry my luggage this being a 4 star hotel. 😞 😞
Overall some European hotels are overpricing for the conditions and level of services offered.

Das Hotel Novatel hinterlässt gemischte Eindrücke. Die zwei Frauen am Check-in waren äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, was einen positiven Start in den Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Das Zimmer war für den Preis insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Dies war leider ein großer Minuspunkt, da Sauberkeit in einem Hotel essenziell ist. Das Essen war enttäuschend. Obwohl ich normalerweise nicht wählerisch bin, konnte die Küche hier absolut nicht überzeugen. Es wirkte, als ob die Köche keine grundlegenden Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von schmackhaften Gerichten hätten. Für ein Accor-Hotel, in denen ich sonst gerne übernachte, ist das besonders enttäuschend. Insgesamt wäre das Hotel mit besserer Sauberkeit und einer deutlich höheren Qualität der Speisen durchaus akzeptabel, aber in seinem jetzigen Zustand würde ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.

We stayed here for the Olympics to watch the Modern Pantathlon at Versaille. Hotel is a maximum 20-25 min walk to the Chateau de Versailles main entrance, while access to the gardens is closer (via Porte St Antoine). We really could not fault the hotel with great service, rooms and location. We arrived by car and easy to find and own underground parking.
