We loved this hotel until we found out there was no heating in the room. There were radiators but they didn’t work. We asked the reception and they say they can’t heat the room over 19 degrees (but it felt even colder). We froze during the night and we were travelling with a young kid.

Je recommande le restaurant également,surtout la mousse au chocolat 🍫 à la truffe...

An unsmiling and unfriendly welcome is never a pleasant stay.
The very thin walls of the room allow noise from neighboring rooms to pass through, so you cannot sleep in a deep and restful sleep.

Don't look for another hotel in Le Mans! Excellent value. A particularly friendly welcome, Cleanliness of the room, quality of the bed! Bathroom with bathtub. Very well located. 5 stars without any hesitation! Perfection at a low price!!

The hotel canceled my reservation the day before for the next day, due to work, I think they could have warned earlier.
The solution found was to relocate me to a nearby hotel. I was very disappointed with the welcome but in any case the decor of the hotel seemed very nice

I had booked hotel + restaurant, restaurant canceled the day before...we pay in advance!!!!????? ...abhorrent insulation, we hear every step of the neighbors above and finally a pitiful breakfast, I hope we don't waste it but for 14€/person they see little..very small at 9am no more pastries, everything was missing …I reported it when leaving…no reaction….no call…
