il y a du travail pour etre sur le standing 4 etoiles. accueil froid, personnel pas a l ecoute voir desagreable, piscine qui ferme une heure en avance parce que la personne en charge veut rentrer plus tot…petit dejeuner mediocre. et pour finir obliger de faire tourner la clim h24 a 18 pour avoir 23 degres dans la chambre…et une chaleur etouffante dans la salle de bain! meme si cela ne se voit pas l hotel se situe a cote d une usine…nous n y retournerons pas.

Camera come da foto, giusta nelle dimensioni. Bagno necessita di manutenzione box doccia. Presente phon e pantofole. Abbiamo trovato un telo macchiato ma subito sostituito su nostra richiesta. Ambienti comuni rilassanti, suggestivo panorama visibile dalle vetrate che affacciano sul verde del luogo. Colazione buona, variegata e pasticciotti tipici leccesi top. La spa possiede bagno turco, sauna, piscina grande e doccia emozionale migliorabile. Tisaneria e zona relax belle. II personale della spa poco sorridente, il personale alla reception poco informato sui costi della spalin spa hanno detto un prezzo e in reception ne sapevano un altro) questo rileva poca comunicazione tra le due gestioni, personale addetto alla pulizia delle camere chiassoso(alle 7 di mattina parlavano al telefono dietro le porte della camera). Mi sento comunque di consigliare il soggiorno.

Una bellissima e rilassante giornata. Tutto perfetto e complimenti alle ragazze della Spa Luana e Giada che sono attente ad ogni esigenza e sempre disponibili. Ci ritornerò sicuramente e mi farebbe piacere aver a che fare nuovamente con loro.

Bagno per i disabili enorme e freddo per niente accogliente e sporco stanza nella norma ma letto scomodo la struttura andrebbe rimodernata e ristrutturata la spa ha una piscina ben riscaldata ma per quanto riguarda il percorso benessere non si è per niente seguiti allo sbando .

Prenotazione tramite portale; richiesta prenotazione percorso SPA fatta telefonicamente senza essere informato dei costi (lo avrei fatto ugualmente ma perché non dirlo subito) durante la prenotazione ci viene detto che avremmo trovato accappatoi in camera invece ho dovuto insistere all'arrivo in struttura per averli andando personalmente a prenderli alla SPA Cuscini duri come mai trovato in un 4 stelle Ottimo il ristorante comunque discreta la SPA anche se non completissima Il parco è bello e la location è ottimale a pochi km da Lecce

Io e mia moglie siamo stati al Harthotel & Park nei giorni 1 e 2 Ottobre e ci é dispiaciuto non poterci trattenere oltre (per mancanza di posti) perchè siamo stati meravigliosamente bene. Servizio e disponibilità eccellenti ma su tutto la SPA le cui responsabili, Luana e Giulia, sono due vere professioniste dotate di un alto grado di empatia verso tutti. Ottimo anche il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, serviti da una maitre, professionale e disponibilissima. Gino e Rosalba.
