Hotel pulito, garbato, non particolarmente nuovo, ma funzionale. Camera tripla spaziosa, bagno comodo, l’aria condizionata funzionava male Voto 3/5 Un cenno alla antipatia del personale, sia alla reception che in sala colazione.. quella sì che merita 5 stelle!!

DELUDENTE!!! Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle suite di questo albergo senza un balcone , buia e poco carina ,la vista dalle finestre anche quella deludente si vedeva del verde non curato…la suite con spa pagata 230€ ESAGERATO…la spa niente di che, poco curata…niente da dire sul personale ma tanto da giungere sulle 4 stelle del hotel iniziando dalla posizione per finire alla colazione anche quella deludente latte freddo senza sapore sembrava di bere acqua e caffè…per un giorno di vacanza abbiamo anche pagato 16 euro di tasse di soggiorno per 2 persone….da evitare

Sono stato in questa bela struttura situata appena fuori Lecce. Ambiente confortevole e tranquillo, forse bisogna "svecchiare" qualcosina. Oltre al percorso benessere di 100 minuti abbiamo usufruito sia del massaggi o Total Body (un plauso a Giulia e Ilaria se ricordo bene i nomi) e sia del servizio aperi-pranzo, trascorrendo 5h in totale relax. Grazie ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ho effettuato un percorso SPA e un massaggio. Gli ambienti sono molto puliti e anche le ragazze sono super professionali, in particolare Ilaria, una ragazza molto gentile e molto brava a fare massaggi. SPA molto grande e servizi efficienti . La consiglio

Hôtel ressemblant en arrivant à un monastère avec une forte odeur de cire .Nous avons été accueilli par une jeune fille très aimable qui faisait des efforts pour nous parler en français alors que une responsable était présente avec son oreillette elle ne nous a même pas dit bonjour ni regarder elle a prit nos passeports dans un sourire! Quand a la piscine intérieure à 15€ c est pas ce que l on recherche. Le lendemain lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour le petit déjeuner à 8,15h plus d œuf brouillé , café de la poudre …. Lors de notre départ un grand était présent sans sourire ni bonjour il nous a envoyer vers son collègue pour finaliser notre sortie Très mauvais accueil à l arrivée et au départ. A choisir je n’y retournerai pas

Mi dispiace scrivere una recensione del genere per un hotel a 4 stelle ma il servizio spa è stato davvero deludente. Il personale è cortese ma il resto lascia molto a desiderare. C è stato fornito solo un asciugamano rispetto al solito accappatoio di quando si fa una spa. Negli spogliatoi sporcizia soprattutto nelle cabine docce. Mi è sembrato assurdo che nn venga fornito un kit doccia monouso ( bagnoschiuma shampoo). Sauna e bagno turco nella norma. Acqua e aria ambiente fredda. Sporcizia anche nell area piscina. Spero questa recensione serva per migliorare il servizio per raggiungere le 4 stelle che al momento nn le vale.
