Amazing stay with amazing staff! Booked a room for my mums 80th birthday along with dinner and a meal in the claret jug with family the following day. Everything was perfect for my mum from room to the food and the service - a special shout out to Vicki Wood and (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) the lady who took care of everything for us at the Claret Jug. Absolutely recommend

Stayed the night as we were going to a wedding near by every thing at the hotel was lovely the grounds are beautiful,staff very polite and helpful,the breakfast was delicious definitely be staying again soon.

Have stayed here 4 times in the last couple of years. Price paid is good value for setting, location, spa facilities but the rooms are definitely looking tired. Was upgraded once and there was a huge difference in the general cleanliness and decor of the room. General house and communal areas are stunning and grand but rooms under any ‘deals’ are quite basic and are very far from the reception and facilities so not so good if mobility could be an issue. Overall it ticks a lot of boxes for a familiar and convenient one night stay.

The service was great throughout the stay. Evening meal was really nice slightly slow but friendly staff. Breakfast was also of a good standard.

I meet my friends at Oulton Hall about every 6 weeks on a Saturday afternoon for lunch or afternoon tea. It is a beautiful setting. The food is lovely and being served in the Drawing Room is such a gorgeous surround. However, the main reason we go back is the service we receive every time. The staff are great but special mention must go to Robbie as he goes above & beyond every time. He is always cheerful, polite and has a welcoming smile along with always genuinely wanting to know how we are. In this day and age it is rare to get service like we do from him and he helps make our experience special every time we go. Thankyou :-)

Hands down the best first impression I have experienced in a long time. Kiran, who checked us in was brilliant. The hotel, facilities, food and staff have be great from the minute we arrived. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
