After many years we came back to the Jugi at Tuner Lake. The contact was quickly made and the answers came in advance quickly. We were warmly welcomed and the team made a effort to make us feel well. Although it was a little fresh in the jugi (there is no heating), but we knew that already. The two dinners (night and breakfast) were very generously tabled as a buffet. Only that put through the night rest we wished tonight. Because in Stübli was played very long and noisy. But otherwise I can recommend this jugi for Romatics/Dreamers, but also as a starting point for the Bernian Oberland.

This review was written by my 8-year old daughter: About this hotel: It is a family hotel. If you are a kid, the first thing they are going to do is give you a teddy bear. It has a swimming pool and a gym. The swimming pool is really cool and it has a small waterfall built into a rock. The gym is quite big itself but we didn't go there. It has a nice view and a nice hotel restaurant. The food is really good and they have a really great breakfast. You order the main food and you get to choose the side dishes from a breakfast bar. For the main food, I picked omelet - it is quite yummy but it was not salty enough. For the side dishes, I picked cereal, kiwi and juice. They were all really yummy and sweet. You should go to Dorint. I give this hotel a five star review. -- From the parents' side a few additional notes: On the negative side - There is no AC in the apartment, so while this may not matter in the summer, it was quite warm during our visit (30-35C). It cools off nicely in the evening, but there are no screens on the window, so you'll likely end up with a few moths or other bugs in the room if you leave the windows open. On the positive side, they really cater well to families - from the teddy bear at check-in to a little board game on the back of the kids menu, to the small playground area (which seemed to be good for 4-6 year olds). We visited Beatenberg as part of our road trip to Switzerland and amazed by the view of this village hence decided to checkout earlier from our hotel in Bern and stay in Stern hotel for the rest of our trip. We had a very nice, cosy, clean penthouse with a balcony and perfect view. I can’t recommend the host ( Vlad ) more than enough. His hospitality skill is fantastic and made us feel at home. He is a very social, kind gentleman who is always keen to support when needed. He advised us on the best attractions around the village and how to plan well for each day to enjoy the most. We all cant wait to return back Thanks for everything Vlad. Hope to see you soon again

Clean room, very friendly staff, super view, perfect for a night during the journey holidays negative points are that it is very ringhound. You hear almost everything from the room next door. And the beds are cracking right.

Very nice hotel in quiet surroundings of Interlaken and near the lake side. Room is nice and clean, bathroom is modern and clean and has nice shampoo and shower lotion. Personel is wearing traditional dresses and very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a spa and sauna. Parking is in front of the hotel. Diner at the hotel restaurant is a real recommendation. A lot is home made, from the own garden. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast is just what you need to start the day.

The hotel is in a great location on the lake. We had a deck off our room overlooking boats and the lake. Our room was modern, very clean and spacious. Beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and typical for Europe with meats, cheese , fresh bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, etc. Would stay here again

We came here for an evening in the wood-fired hot tub with fondue and hors-d'œuvres, overlooking Lake Thun, Monch and Jungfrau. This was the reservation we were most looking forward to on our trip to Switzerland and the experience exceeded our expectations! Dani and Linda have created a beautiful, welcoming, and authentic Swiss atmosphere. The food, drink, ambience, and view were unbeatable. The service was spectacular: They were incredibly generous and accommodating. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a few nights to stay at the hotel, too. They provide the opportunity to visit local cheesery and do other local Swiss activities off the beaten path. I want to come back to stay with them! A really nice place to stay in Interlaken. Good rooms, clean, cosy, good bed and nice bathroom. It’s a really nice old house. Nice staff, very helpful. There is enough place in their parking garage. The kitchen is open and breakfast is good, simple, but good. If you want to visit Interlaken; this is a really good place to stay!
