Les doy una estrella porque CERO no se puede. No hubo agua caliente, llamé a recepción y su recomendación fue "dejar que el agua cayera 20 minutos", me bañé con agua fría porque no quise desperdiciar agua. Fui a dejar la llave y me cayó del techo material de construcción fresco, ensuciándome por completo. No se hicieron responsables de nada. No le regalen su dinero a una empresa ecocida, irresponsable e incapaz de hacerse cargo de sus errores: no se hospeden aquí.

El hotel esta cerca de plazas comerciales, tienen un restaurante donde se come muy rico. La habitación es amplia, con cafetera y frigobar. Y la atención del personal es excelente, en especial del Sr. José.

Do not go to this hotel, they have BED BUGS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The night of the 28th I reserved three rooms with my family at the Leon, GTO Hotel 5 Inn location. At 2 am I felt something bite me and saw that is was a bed bug. I called the receptionist and they confirmed the bed bugs and switched my room from #506 to #505. In the morning of the 29th I asked Karina Martinez for a refund for the one room that had bed bugs. She stated that I couldn’t speak with the manager Luis because he wasn’t available. After stating they couldn’t do anything they said that they would refund me the room by end of day. I called to follow up at the end of day because nothing was refunded and spoke with Monica who said that Luis wasn’t available and to call back the next day. She ended with “do what ever you please”. Do not go to this hotel. Not once did they apologize or try to help me. I would have left the moment we found bed bugs if I wasn’t traveling with my elderly aunts and disabled mother. No vayas a este hotel, tienen CHINCHES Y HORRIBLE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. La noche del 28 reservé tres habitaciones con mi familia en Leon, GTO Hotel 5 Inn. A las 2 am sentí que algo me mordía y vi que era una chinche. Llamé a la recepcionista y confirmaron las chinches y cambiaron mi habitación del n. ° 506 al n. ° 505. En la mañana del 29 le pedí a Karina Martinez un reembolso por la habitación que tenía chinches. Dijo que no podía hablar con el gerente Luis porque no estaba disponible. Después de decir que no podían hacer nada, dijeron que me reembolsarían la habitación al final del día. Llamé para hacer un seguimiento al final del día porque no se reembolsó nada y hablé con Mónica, quien dijo que Luis no estaba disponible y que volviera a llamar al día siguiente. Ella terminó con "procedan como ustedes quieran". No vayas a este hotel. Ni una sola vez se disculparon o trataron de ayudarme. Me habría ido en el momento en que encontramos chinches si no hubiera viajado con mi familia ancianas y niños.

Me hospedé el pasado fin de semana con mi familia y el servicio fue muy bueno, superior a lo que esperaba, la alberca rica con su jacuzzi calientito, el desayuno muy completo y me dieron descuento en su restaurante para cenar, las habitaciones muy amplias y sus camas king size de lo mejor que me ha tocado, no es caro y tiene mucha seguridad, muy recomendable.
