La stanza dell'hotel era in condizioni pessime: sporca e mal tenuta. La colazione inclusa era di infima qualità e scarsa. Un soggiorno deludente che NON consiglio affatto. Pessima esperienza complessiva. Evitare questo hotel assolutamente.

El hotel es súper bonito y muy limpio, y la ubicación es maravillosa, ya que está a pocos minutos del centro de León. El único problema es el estacionamiento, que está a dos cuadras del hotel, y que el desayuno no es muy extenso (solo fruta, granola y té o café). Aun así, es una excelente opción.

Very nice hotel, very very helpful staff. Parking is literally around the corner right before you get to the hotel. Parking is secured. love that! It was very hot while we were traveling. The rooms were air-conditioned and also had a mini fridge. Our room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator . And someone who has a bit of a depth perception with the stairs being glass that was my only concern. The walls are really thick, so Wi-Fi was spotty

Un concepto muy interesante y diferente a lo habitual. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal es amable y el desayuno es sencillo pero va incluido en el precio. El único pero que le pondría es que no tiene elevador, lo cuál puede ser un problema en caso de llevar muchas maletas. En definitiva me hospedaría de nuevo en una próxima visita a León.

Se trabó el acceso a la habitación, no cuentan con el personal calificado para este tipo de incidencia. Me tuvieron más de dos horas sin darnos una respuesta. Perdí una junta por este incidente, mucho ruido de perros ladrando y radio muy fuerte por la mañana.

El hotel es muy pequeño y es limpio. El personal es muy amable. También tiene una buena ubicación porque está cerca del centro pero le falta mucha iluminación y el desayuno es muy básico. Me ofrecieron crecer el desayuno de Continental a Americano pero el jugo era una lata de Jumex y los frijoles eran de lata. Es una buena opción para pasar la noche pero pueden mejorar mucho. También me reservaron solo con tarjeta de crédito y me prometieron que solo era para garantizar la estancia pero me hicieron el cobro mucho antes de que yo llegara.

Instalaciones cómodas, prácticas y limpias. Atención esmerada y rápida del personal. Buen lugar para hospedarse en el Centro de León, Guanajuato y conocer sus alrededores caminando. El precio es excelente en la relación precio y satisfacción en el servicio. Pueden mejorar la variedad en el desayuno que incluyen en el precio de la estancia.

Got a cab from the bus station directly to our hotel, Othelo Boutique Hotel Mexico. Much smaller than last two hotels in San Miguel and Guanajuato, with smaller bathroom. We did get a nice table to work on, but had to bring it over by the bed for lighting. We had an extra sink, microwave, safe and clothes closet in the bedroom. We had a double and a single bed. Would have preferred a queen or king bed. They have AC, which is not needed this time of year. There was very little air movement in the room. Had to remove the cap off the shower drain or you would be standing in either very hot or very cold water as you try to adjust the control. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. Only two blocks from the main square.
