Hot springs are good

Go somewhere else! It sells dreams, big hotel prices and beautiful photos. In the end, an old, half-maintained hotel that does not keep its promises. For breakfast, don't come too early, you will have curds and yesterday's bread. In the photos you have the impression that you will have access to the pretty baths, in the end no it's more. People will tell me that I read it wrong, so read better than me and don't be fooled. Honestly disappointed with my stay

The hotel offers 4 stars with a wellness area. The tiles in the outdoor pool were coming loose and the water jet was no longer working. The door in the grotto by the water hose was missing and the frame was just rust. Everything was unkempt. Hotel room: the toilet door and frame were black and damp. The only thing that was right was the breakfast. The price without entry to the Alpentherme was far too expensive.

A distanza di 3 anni abbiamo voluto riprovare il soggiorno in questo albergo. Questa volta veniamo accolti alla reception dell albergo stesso e non alla maison blanche a fianco. Abbiamo riservato una stanza family per avere più spazio ma la stessa risulta uguale alla stanza king a differenza di un divanetto-letto aggiuntivo. Questa volta la sistemazione è al 4 piano e non al secondo, dopo aver chiesto una stanza aI piani alti siamo stati accontentati. Note positive: vicinanza alle terme e alla funivia Torrent, letto super comodo, passaggio interno sotterraneo per raggiungere le terme, colazione interna variegata, prodotti per la cura corpo forniti come accappatoio e ciabattine. Frigo bar con acqua e coca cola (compresi?). Card con 10 % di sconto per mezzi pubblici, terme e funivie. Note negative: albergo ed accoglienza impersonale, elementi in camera non rinnovati/consumati e poco funzionanti (getto dell'acqua in doccia insufficiente, ventilazione non funzionante in bagno come 3 anni prima!) bollitore/macchina caffè e cassaforte inesistenti rispetto a quanto esplicitato nel contratto. NB. Il bollitore è stato poi recuperato. Si avvertono i rumori delle altre camere a qualsiasi ora e probabilmente anche dalla mansarda posta sopra l'ultimo piano (alloggio del personale?). Costo terme non compreso nel prezzo. Per 3 ore il biglietto costa 33.- solo piscina. In conclusione per un albergo 4 stelle a 220 franchi a notte con colazione lo considero sovrastimato per la qualità del servizio offerto.

Pleasantly surprised, spacious rooms with views of the mountains. Pleasant staff and fairly complete breakfast with eggs, cold meats, fruits, etc. Bathrobes were provided to us and there was access to the baths via a corridor.

Chalet style hotel, very pleasant, clean room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. I bought a voucher from Realdeal and after reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive but it turned out that none of what I had read was true and I was very pleasantly surprised
