浴缸還有臟東西沒打掃乾淨，床品也沒洗乾淨。空調聲音很大，中午敲門問退房時間的時候很大聲。有免費大巴送機，很方便，離機場很近。如果趕飛機的話可以考慮

Highly recommend, great service . This is my go to stay every time I travel to Chicago! Food is amazing and great location . Easy to get to and from the airport .

房間蠻乾淨的，但離hyatt的其他酒店還是有差距的。
因為要趕早班飛機所以住在機場附近，到機場交通非常便利，有酒店的穿梭巴士。
