Excellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

This is my third time in Lhasa and my second time staying in this hotel. The transportation is convenient, there are taxis and shared bicycles at the door of the hotel, and you can walk to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. Moreover, the lady at the front desk will patiently answer every question. The room at Atour is still clean and hygienic, and the travel experience is great! Like, like, like👍

Traditional ******* style hotel, the surrounding is relatively quiet, so you can sleep well~ It is very close to Barkhor Street, which can be reached by walking for about 10 minutes. There is an oxygen concentrator, air conditioning and heating, and a washing machine. The facilities are quite complete~ The only drawback is that I don’t know if the sewer in our room’s toilet was blocked that day, and the toilet smelled a bit during those two days~ But it is still worth recommending, quiet and convenient!!

The first hotel I stayed in Lhasa after entering Tibet. I had booked and changed the booking before, and finally chose this one. Because I had severe altitude sickness when I arrived in Lhasa by train that afternoon, I went to the hospital for oxygen before going to the hotel, so someone helped me with my luggage. The clean clothes are returned the next day. After the room is cleaned, the supplies will be replenished in time. There is a humidifier in the room. The room is also quite large and quiet. A piece of fruit is provided every day. It is very considerate. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again

I stayed alone, and the room was big enough. Fruits and small cakes were given on the first day. The rest of the time, they collected the garbage and made the bed every day, which was very good. Bottled water was also added every day. There was an oxygen supply machine in the room, and the diffuse oxygen supply alleviated a lot of altitude sickness. The humidifier was not used much, but Tibet is indeed very dry. The air conditioner in the room can heat, so I was not afraid of the cold when taking a shower. It was just that on the last day, I woke up and found a bag of black things in the cabinet. I don’t know if it was put in by the staff. It scared me, but I didn’t care in the end. Anyway, I checked out.

With the reasonable price, the hotel is very good. Its location is very convenient to go yo Potala and Bakhor Square. About 10mins walk each way. Overall the hotel is great!

A perfect hotel, a deep edification of ******* culture. Bringing my mother to travel to Tibet, this is the third hotel we stayed in, and it is also the most satisfactory one. The welcome drink is self-made Rhodiola rosea, which is delicious. We booked a standard room, and Ms. Yang Rong of the hotel helped us upgrade to a deluxe suite. Breakfast was sent. Although I didn't eat it because I got up early to join the pilgrimage group to the surrounding temples, my mother reported that it was very rich and very *******. The hotel's Mercedes-Benz also took us to Zhaji Temple for free. Here, you can feel the strong human touch, sincerity, no routine, and responsiveness. I have been to Tibet three times, and because of this hotel, I feel that I can choose to come again in autumn.
