I alway book holiday inn express when I travel because they are all pretty good. But this hotel was exceptional! At check in the desk person was so very nice! After I told her we would be leaving at 3 am to beat the storm. She gave us our sack breakfast so that we could have it when we left! She also asked us if we needed any extra coffee. Our room was very clean. But the personal touch from the staff is what made this special to me! Thank Holiday!
