Hotel ben pulito con colazione abbondante e servizi al cliente ottimi: es bici a disposizione o ombrelli. Dipendenti cordiali e disponibili. Zona comoda per spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti.

The hotel is very nice, but the best part is definitely the staff. They are all so kind, and I have never been to a couple of 5 star hotels, but never experienced as great a staff as this one. So definitely a very big recommendation from Denmark. 🇩🇰

We stayed as a family of 3 in order to have a bit of relaxation whilst being able to visit Pisa. We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff are and had read lots about Ron on here, but what a guy he really is! He even brought a set of pencils into work as a gift for our 5 year old which was incredibly generous. All staff were superb. The hotel itself is quite charming and very clean, we hope to return again as we enjoyed it so much.

Wij voelden ons heel erg op ons gemak in dit hotel met zijn vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is erg netjes, mooi ingericht en biedt een lekker ontbijt aan. Fijn dat je er kan parkeren. Minpuntje: de te kleine douche met een gebogen scherm, waaraan je gemakkelijk je tenen stoot.

L'hotel è molto bello e con un bel arredamento, la piscina è molto elegante, ma un pó piccola rispetto al numero di persone che, nel periodo in cui abbiamo alloggiato io, erano presenti. Buffet della colazione molto ricco e gustoso, che riserva cibi anche per i celiaci ecc. A pranzo vengono serviti piatti freddi e leggeri, ma comunque il menù è ricco di cose sempre anch'esse di qualità. Tuttavia, la nostra camera era un pó piccola per ospitare tre persone...questo è il principale motivo per cui ho dato quattro stelle invece che cinque. Ma siamo comunque molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza.

Just back from 9 days at this fantastic hotel. Perfect location, close to the beach, promenade and local restaurants etc. Ideal base to visit the surrounding attractions such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the Cinque Terre. The hotel is spotless inside and out. The pool area, although not huge is ideal. The staff are among the friendliest and most helpful I have come across. Bianca at reception arranging transfers and providing local information, Claudia, Andrea and of course Ron in the bar/restaurant all treated us like VIP's. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Looking forward to returning in the future.
