Malgré une nuit de 3 heures de sommeils, je vais tenter de rester objectif Hôtel mercure vieillissant mais propre , bien situé au cœur du vieux Lille … Petite terrasse enclavée Notre expérience reste cependant très déceptive nous avions choisi une chambre privilège à 240€ la nuit avec petit dej et le parking. Chambre plutôt spacieuse mais rien de transcendant , quelques marques de vieillissement mais l’ensemble est propre. Le gros désagrément sera que nous étions situés juste au dessus de la porte du parking …grincement et bruits métalliques à chaque ouverture de cette dernière donc autant vous dire que nous n’avons pu dormir qu’entre 3h30 et 6h50..Ça fait cher l’heure de sommeil !!! Bref un conseil, évitez la chambre 117, la 114 et la 115 .. Nous avons signalé cela à l’accueil donc espérons qu’une action sera faite rapidement pour les futurs clients. Petit dej à 9h15… Reste une cuillère à soupe d’oeuf brouillé (beaucoup trop cuit), pas de bacon, quelques saucisses desséchées tièdes, …Pour le reste. On est dans les standards du groupe avec du choix

The property had a musty smell throughout which was not pleasant. Facilities were poor given the apparent 4 star rating I.e. no bar or restaurant on site. It was difficult to find and access to the underground car park was also unclear and not as it should be.

Cet hôtel, bien qu'un peu vieillot, est bien situé pour une visite piétonne du centre ville.
Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, mais personnel un peu dépassé à l'heure de pointe (9h00- 10h00).
Bouteilles d'eau appréciables dans la chambre.
Personnel sympathique et accueillant.

Hotel is getting old, but it's clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, 50 metres far from restaurants, and a few hundred metres from old down town.

Le duplex familial est un peu décevant. Le matelas du canapé lit grince beaucoup…la pièce est trouée petite . Les toilettes sont minuscule À l’étage le lit familial n’est pas adapté pour des personnes de grandes tailles , le lit est un lit standard de mauvaise qualité les oreillers sont trop fin La pièce est trop petite pour le lit (1m40)et les deux tables de nuit…. Déçue de la qualité de la chambre Petit déjeuner correct mais avons trouvé sur une table propre une petite cuillère recouverte de pâte à tartiner….moyen bof

We stayed during the Olympics so it was expensive. But our room was brilliant - massive for the 3 of us. Location is great and easily walkable to the metro and main square. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Staff brilliant, so friendly. Parking secure and reasonably priced
