*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels!
* Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels.
*They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!

Hotel de très bonne qualité, aux habitudes de la chaîne. Chambre très propre, produits Rituals dans la salle de bain. Offre au restaurant très large, bon repas. A souligner: le personnel est vraiment d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme tant à la réception qu'au restaurant.

Bon hôtel. Quartier gare mais plutôt calme. Personnel sympathique. En revanche, et c'est malgré tout l'essentiel, qualité de la literie médiocre. Lit beaucoup trop mou. Dommage.

stayed here one night on recent trip to Lille hotel location pretty central...bout 200m from lille flanders station check in was friendly and efficeient...was allowed to check in earlier which was really appreciated room was decent size if a little worn, bed was super comfy and huge! bathroom shower was just ok and also showing signs of wear and tear didnt eat at the hotel at all as there were plenty choices nearby bar was ok...pint heineken 8 euro, bar staff really nice and friendly good experience overall

Accommodation nicely centrally located, with excellent parking garage next door. Accommodation is simple with a very limited breakfast. Still recommended in terms of costs and benefits.

De kamer was verouderd. Het ontbijt was matig, de croissants en chocobroodjes waren niet goed gebakken, net zoals het spek en ei. Ik heb gebeld voor roomservice, maar moest het drinken zelf beneden gaan halen. Ook jammer dat er geen drinken in de minibar zit, zelfs geen water.
