Rien à dire sur le personnel, très disponible et efficace. L’emplacement est parfait, en plein centre ville, tout est faisable à pied (Palais des Beaux-Arts, Cathédrale, Vieux Lille, Citadelle) Grosse déception pour la chambre. On se trouve dans un hotel particulier du 18ème et la chambre est moderne, donne une impression de standardisation, froide avec des meubles et éléments en métal de couleur vive (voir photos), avec pour chauffage un bloc de climatisation réversible qui donne juste sur le lit, de quoi tomber malade. Absolument pas au niveau Relais et Chateaux. Notre chambre n’avait rien à voir avec celles qui sont mises en avant sur le site. D'autres petits détails sont moyens, comme le gazon synthétique imbibé d'eau dans la cour par laquelle on est contraints de passer pour rejoindre la salle de restaurant. Le restaurant était par contre de très bon niveau et agréable. C’est, avec le service et l’emplacement, ce qui fait que nous mettons 4 alors que sur la base de la seule chambre, cet établissement mérite plutôt un 3.

Worse hotel stay
Horrible hotel.
No air conditioning, rooms very poorly insulated from the noise and the heat.
If they're not going to have AC at least they should make sure they change the bedding to provide bed clothes that are appropriate for the temperature. The duvet was a winter duvet and made us sweat like crazy.
On top of that the restaurant staff was moving restaurant furniture until 1am completely preventing us from sleeping. I had never seen that in my life.
Way too much carpet in the hotel and a very tacky decoration.
We had booked 2 nights and we left after the first night. Given our horrible experience we thought they'd obviously refund the second night. But they refused... unbelievable

A wonderful hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. fantastic location, lovely room and such helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast in the beautiful garden is a must, and what a choice there was.All freshly prepared at the hotel, and beautifully presented. I would without hesitation, recommend this hotel, and hope to return.

Noisy
Very disappointing stay. The building is beautiful, but the structure has not been renovated so one hears any move from your neighbour which results in sleepless nights (confirmed by 2 co-travellers). The first breakfast was a disaster, it felt like an event place run by a stagiaire and not a Relais Chateau. Save your money and go to Novotel instead.

Good hotel in reasonable price.
Good location and very good service. The hotel is bit old and needs to be renovated. Anyhow in terms of price, it is still worthwhile to stay there

TOUJOURS GENIAL MAIS
Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'y réside, tout est oarfait come toujours sauf que la chambre qui m'a été attribuée, n'est vraiment pas terrible pour un hôtel d e ce standing..Les fois précédentes, elles étaient vraiment très très bien...C'est la chambre 11 à éviter si vous le pouvez..vraiment désolé
