InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook

The resort itself is very nice, great location and friendly staff. However, we felt our unit was not up to Gold Crown status. The bathroom and shower were not clean, a leg fell off an end table, the kitchen faucet and sink need replacing, etc. We did report the table leg and it was quickly repaired.

Got to resort after check in time and room was not ready. They would call me when room was ready but never did. Finally went back after two hours of waiting and they said they had no idea I was waiting. The sheets on the bed did not look clean or the pillows the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it.

This resort is always a joy to stay at. The unit was immaculately clean,updated, and we had a wonderful view of Loon Mountain's south peak. The cleanliness is consistent throughout the property. One of the best things about staying here is the list of daily activities that you're invited to take part in. The activities director always has something interesting going on including offsite excursions at very minimum costs. I would very highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing. It was comfortable check in was easy. Next to white mountains and some really nice rivers. Great pools and hot tubs, not too packed and clean. I would definitely come back here again because it is really clean and it comes with stuff in the hotel. 5/5

My husband and I traded our timeshare for this resort to enjoy hiking the White Mountains and knowing how trading can be a hit or miss this was a hit. We had a one bedroom which was located adjacent to the pool. This was great because if we were at the pool and needed something from our villa it was steps away from the pool area. There was a terrace which had a nice view of the property and mountains and we enjoyed having cocktails there. Our villa had air conditioning in the bedroom and the living space which was a pleasant surprise based on other reviews. The kitchen was clean and had all the necessary equipment in very good condition. Complementary dishwasher and dish detergent, paper towels, and coffee filters lasted the week. The living space was comfortable but dated. We loved coming back to the resort after hiking and relaxing by the outdoor pool and using the hot tub. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for bad weather but luckily we were mostly outside. The property has a great tennis court and two pickleball courts which we enjoyed. We used the barbecues a couple of times. This is definitely a family resort and we may have been the only people at the pool without kids, which was not an issue for us as we were off the resort until mid afternoon most days. We would return to this resort.

The rooms were spacious and reasonably clean. However, be advised that if you are considering a warm weather stay, the only air conditioning is a wall unit in the bedroom. The management's idea for cooling the rest of the unit is placing a fan at the bedroom door to disperse cool air. ( the fan we were given was broken) Good luck to anyone using the Murphy bed in the living room! The information we were given at booking suggested there were hiking trails on property. There were none. All in all, not an equitable trade for our Disney Vacation Club points.

everything about this place is nice a little run down from a couple of years ago but still great. great to take children to have a lot of fun things to do and a great location. eat in if you go the restaurants are not worth the money and most serve at them wasn't great.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a road trip thru New England with 3 kids and husband. Reserved a 2 bedroom 2 bath which had a Murphy bed in living room. Fit the family well with full kitchen and views of mountain. We were on a 2 week trip so needed to do laundry when we arrived. The laundry is in the building and only cost $1 per load. The building had 3 washers and 3 dryers. Soap was 75 cents. Bring quarters or else you can get them at the arcade in main building. We did the outdoor pool once and it’s good size and not freezing. There was an ice cream party when we were at pool. $5 a bowl with toppings. A lot of activities you can do. We only were here for short time but they looked good. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and very big and nice.

Enjoy the location and area scenery and attractions. Beds were comfortable and kitchen adequate. Bathroom and kitchen had been updated but the furniture had some wear. In the Woodland building with and elevator. Very hilly. Nice bike path connecting to Loon Mountain and can ride into Lincoln via Pollard Street that connects from bike path. Enjoyed the Cog Railway to Mt. Washington and also the Mount Washington cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee. Nice bike path at Franconia Notch and one from Wolfeboro headed east. Only A/C in bedroom but it seemed adequate. It wasn’t super hot even though it was July. Would return. Nice programs and movies if you have kids. Enjoyed the outdoor pool which was open until 10PM. Some local hikes also organized by the resort for a small fee.
