房間空間大，床睡的舒服，房間衞生不是很乾凈，牆面灰塵沒打掃乾淨！工作人員態度非常好！入住的價格跟酒店的品質不成正比

國慶價格很高，1000一晚，房間隔音太差了，隔壁放電視的聲音和説話聲聽的一清二楚，半夜十二點還在那裡聊天放電視，我真的心累

房間國慶漲價的厲害，1000塊一天的。酒店剛剛開業的，感覺設施還沒有跟上。房間進去空盪盪的，都沒個書桌，就一個小桌子，也沒有冰箱，浴室和廁所很小的。房卡就一張，不太方便。酒店也沒有微波爐。自助餐廳特別小，吃的特別少。

本來是衝著新開酒店+開元品牌，想着應該不會很差。但實際讓人太失望，第一，酒店客梯貨梯不分，平時讓客人上下的電梯就是貨梯。第二，酒店內的地毯非常臟，一家今年新開的酒店實在無法理解地毯能臟成這樣。第三，房間設計不合理，空調出風口就對着床吹，就算蓋着被子，冷風還是吹在頭上，對長者小孩非常不友好。第四，我們那個房間衞生間返臭，前後叫了幾波人來看，有個主管樣的人還説他根本聞不出臭味，事實是剛到房間的時候整個房間瀰漫著下水道的臭味，開了空調後臭味就侷限在衞生間。倒是保潔阿姨承認了有味道（希望酒店不要為難這位阿姨），最後的處理措施衹是往下水道倒點香水，連一絲歉意都沒有。開元已進我的黑名單，不會有下次了。給2分是因為系統設定最低2分，否則就打負分了

房間進去就有一種臭味，設施太差了房間冰箱也沒有，早餐不行。這是近幾年住最差的酒店。攜程網處理服務平台很及時來電處理，我及家人都非常滿意。

國慶價格沒有辦法説，但酒店的房間總要對得起1500的價格，酒店在路邊，隔音效果太差了，晚上路上的聲音都能聽見，給了耳塞，那睡大馬路好了啊，房間之間的隔音也很差，吵吵鬧鬧的，電梯是個貨梯，是不能載人的，再説早飯，人很多，沒有應對計劃，東西基本空盤沒接上，地方也不夠，讓住客拿着東西都乾瞪眼等着，比一般連鎖酒店都不如，為啥能上臨海高檔酒店榜，沒住過那麼差的
