Lovely hotel absolutely beautiful. Great breakfast and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The staff made the trip, particularly the pool bar staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. We feel terrible because we can’t remember the name of a particular lady but she was from Brazil and she was amazing and she is an asset to the company and went over and above for us.

Really wanted to give this hotel a five star, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Suggesting trips, transport & restaurants. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was good and always plenty no matter what time we went. The only thing letting our experience down was the pool, way too hot it certainly wasn't somewhere to cool off And very dirty. The mosaic tiles were lifting off and still at the bottom of the pool and dirt floating around on the bottom, so as soon as you swam, it all came up to the top. The jacuzzi wasn't working either, so we couldn't cool off in there. We like to do weekend city breaks and always look for a hotel with a rooftop pool. This pool certainly let the hotel down

Three night stay and overall generally fine but some *******. Its location is as far out from the centre as you’d like. 40 min walk to the water or a 5 min Uber ride at €5. Metro is available. Room not ready on check in as expected. Reception is sparse. One sofa. Needs more seating. Waste of space. There are two bars. Floor zero and 6 but only one open at a time and not until 12pm. Impossible to get a drink earlier. Prices are fair. Floor 6 is the bar and pool. Bar is well stocked with seating one side and pool and seating other. Some renovations ongoing as long thin cardboard boxes sit on the wooden pergola roof with things in? Limited pool side seating and people leave towels on some of the only 6 loungers for over and hour before reappearing. The staff should remove them. The bar will serve you at your seat. The pool is sized ok for a roof top but ridiculously hot. I set my hot tub to 39oC and it felt like that. The water inlet is pumping such hot water you cannot stand on it. When it’s roasting weather you surely do not want a very hot pool. I wanted to swim to cool down but could not stay in for long. The jacuzzi is ok warm but not the pool. We booked as it had a pool but this means we wouldn’t return. Towels from reception. We had a balcony room. Looked into an inner space of mixed gardens. Room was a good size. Comfy bed. Lacked draw space. Decent shower and toiletries. Shower has a side head setting but this doesn’t work. Reception told me none do. Button just operates the overhead rain head. Coffee pod machine with pods I’ve never seen. You get 4. €1 each to buy more but you need cash. We didn’t have cash so were given some. You can buy from Aldi too. Stuff in fridge is complimentary then pay to top up. One bottle of water on arrival. Room cleaning hit and miss. We left 9am one day saying hi to the cleaner as we left. 4pm return and room not touched and we wanted to have a rest but went to the pool area whilst the room was cleaned after I’d asked reception. Used the touch pad to say clean room. Rang reception several times and not answered so had to pop down. One person behind desk so really needs two. There was a gentleman floating who was really helpful. Breakfast was very good. Omelette on request it seems but not advertised? Varied selection of hot and cold to suit all. It lacks a wow factor on entry needing more seating when you come in and seating in the area outside the dining space. Just move some floor zero bar furniture? Overall the room was fine. Comfy bed and good space. However we’d booked for a pool and whilst it does say heated it is way too hot compared to any pool I’ve ever been in. In the winter fine but not now. €8 Uber to airport. Small sign in reception about tuk tuk but never mentioned at reception. It’s on their video though? We city break a lot so have many hotels to compare to. Really nice; clean and comfortable hotel with great access to city centre but far enough away too! Fabulous bar staff on the rooftop bar and pool area! Service was excellent and they were Very friendly and nice 😊 The pool is cool and a lovely way to start and finish your day in hot Lisbon ❤️

Stayed here in mid-July with my wife and three kids and enjoyed our stay. We booked the two adjoining rooms which still felt a bit cramped, but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms and the rooftop pool and lounge certainly made up for it. Thought the location was great, easy walk or quick taxi to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
