Sorry for the late review - this hotel was perfect for our summer break. Location is perfect, walking distance to local attractions and close to rail station which was great for a day at Sintra. Extra touch as given some fiz and a cake on arrival for a special occasion. Breakfast choices were lovely, only down point is machine coffee wasn’t the best but this didn’t affect our stay and there are lots of coffee shops near by. Room we had was a a great size and clean bathroom.

This hostel is operated like a 2-star hotel, providing cozy room with private bathroom and comfortable bed. The business must've undergone major renovation in recent years as everything looks new, practical and comfortable. It is also conveniently located close to the Rossio Metro station and all attractions including Castelo de S. Jorge Castle, the Lisbon Cathedral and Praça do Comércio.

We got a private room there cause we wanted our own space. Looked decent in the photos. When we arrived the room was quite dirty. Dirt on the walls, toothpaste around the sink and the towels we got had brown stains in it. We did not experience the privateness of our room because the bedroom door has a 2cm gap underneath it so all the stamps on the wooden floor and all the people coming and going (which was alot) along with the maintenace room next door felt like they were in our room. Alot of other smaller things like malfunction noises in the ventilation and very poor quality in the bed. “Breakfast included” was white bread, jam and coffee. BIGGEST PROBLEM is that the bathroom has alot of black mold in it. For example all around the shower and the shower glass and around the sink. After two nights we contacted the staff and told them about all these things listed above and we wanted to move out of that room and go somewhere else. So they told us that I had to send an email which would be forwarded to their supervisor, which I did. I checked upon them multiple times with calls, emails and direct conversation. Their supervisor, who was not there, would contact me which he never did. I am well aware this is not a 5 star accomodation but this is not ok in any accomodation that you pay for. I’ve been all around the world staying in allkinds of accomodations but this was my worst experience. Not only because of the room situation but because of the staffmembers who didnt even try to make things better by for example clean the room, offer us new towels offer us new bedroom. We paid 156€/night there. When the client points out things that are poor and could easily be fixed, just fix it and at least try to make them happy. WOT Lisbon Patio … Do better !

Made a reservation here for one night layover in Lisbon. Close proximity to metro station meant easy ride from the airport. The lady at reception was super helpful, checked us in promptly and professionally, and gave us expert advice on getting around. She called to arrange a taxi for us the next morning for a flight to Marrakech, and even suggested that we show up early to the breakfast room to grab something to eat before they officially begin serving breakfast. What a nice thing to do for travelers! The breakfast room ladies were already set up, and kindly allowed us to take a table and get a fast, tasty meal before the cab arrived for us. The hotel's location is fine, within a short walk of many restaurants, cafés, or shopping, and its convenient place near a metro stop makes it a logical choice for travelers who rely on the metro and their own two feet. We would definitely stay here again if we're in Lisbon in the future!

As it is said in the other comments, the rooms are very badly soundproofed... We were given a room on the street side, with a window that did not close properly, and as a result we slept very badly! We decided to leave after the first night, as there was only one room left that we did not want. After having had the MANAGER on the phone, we were told that we would be reimbursed (over 200€). Strangely my card was not working for the refund, ok, and that it was not possible in cash. We were then told that we would receive a transfer within 1 to 2 weeks... I have been waiting for 2 MONTHS! I have had no answer to my emails and on the phone, I'm clearly being pushed around. It's unacceptable, I work at the reception of a hotel in France, we refund our customers! ESPECIALLY when they promise us!!!!!! It's not only unprofessional but also dishonest. Comme il est dit dans les autres commentaires, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées.... On nous a donné une chambre côté rue, avec une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas bien, et du coup nous avons très mal dormi ! Nous avons décidé de partir après la première nuit, car il ne restait qu'une chambre dont nous ne voulions pas. Après avoir eu le DIRECTEUR au téléphone, on nous a dit que nous serions remboursés (plus de 200€). Bizarrement ma carte ne fonctionnait pas pour le remboursement, ok, et que ce n'était pas possible en liquide. On nous a ensuite dit que nous recevrions un virement sous 1 à 2 semaines.... Cela fait 2 MOIS que j'attends ! Je n'ai eu aucune réponse à mes emails et au téléphone, on me balade. C'est inacceptable, je travaille à la réception d'un hôtel en France, nous remboursons nos clients ! EN PARTICULIER quand on leur promet !!!!!! C'est non seulement non professionnel mais aussi malhonnête.

We landed here from a cancelled easyjet flight, staff were so understanding when we arrived. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay and was a buffet style with a great selection. Room was very spacious and clean. A 1 minute walk away from metro entrance and supermarket.

Hotel com muito gosto na decoração, agradável,com staff muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Quarto muito bom e limpo com camas confortáveis e casa de banho linda com chuveiro impecável. Adorei a zona da sala de estar com um exterior esplanada jardim . Maquina de café e outras bebidas muito em conta.Recomendo .

We loved every minute of our stay there, this had become our hotel in Lisbon for the last 2 years Great newly refurbished hotel, located on a hill overlooking the ocean and the Lisbon golf. Rooms are fairly sized (circa 35sqm), and half are facing the ocean view. The staff is very friendly, available, and helpful. The hotel has plenty of free parking, and 1 heated 25m long pool, a spa, a 20 m external pool, next to a bar and a kids wadding pool. The rooms are well insulated, you can't hear a noise and spotless This hotel is just pure serenity, despite being locates 26mns drive from the center, I prefer to stay here and relax and drive RT to the city.

Also below CV19-Bedingungen I expect a hotel that adheres to the facade with four stars to a lot more. Every morning the same processes, coffee in ToGo cups in a paper bag together with a apple and wooden knife, incrusted ”sandwich” in alufolium with always the same coating ( disk cheese disk cooks******e dry without butter). With some luck it managed to not shake the coffee and everything is dry. But this a piece of fruit is now beautifully warm. Or it's all swept and the day and breakfast is ”saturated”. No trace of a table, a normal cup, a normal beet etc. Eating from the hotel kitchen is unfortunately not worth the price. Carpaccio is beautifully made and fully frozen in the middle, so fresh is different. The hamburger on the one hand is “mini” and in the dry bread that falls out when looking (13€) are a joke, unfortunately not funny. Bach now several stays, forcefully as everything else is closed, I will change immediately as soon as alternatives are available. Hotel itself is clean new and modernly furnished, but dues is destroyed by the circumstances described above DANGER!!!!!

Hotel in the centre of Montijo with all the comforts around,parking outside and indoor,the rooms are large comfortably furnished and the best service.During the entire stay,cafe and tea is described,I recommend 100%
