Posh Pads - Liverpool 1 - Apart-Hotel

We planned to stay here August bank holiday weekend, having booked in June we had planned our whole weekend and looked forward to a weekend away. We had paid, received confirmation and then 3 days before our booking was CANCELLED! We were gutted as our plans had completely fallen apart, I rang and was told there was a leak/electrical fault in 2 rooms and that 2 random bookings were cancelled due to this. I questioned why it was our booking which had been cancelled as we had booked well in advance and told “well it’s just the way it is” terrible service, no alternatives offered and a poor apology. Seems that as we were organised and booked early so paid less for the room we had the booking cancelled and last minute bookers who paid a significant amount more got to keep theres. Would not recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Central location rooms decorated to a high standard. Staff so friendly and helpful special mention to Natalie that helped us book she is amazing. We will be back thank you for an amazing stay. Hen party celebration in the penthouse perfect place to entertain and then hit the town.

Room 3 on 1st floor has an extremely spacious kitchen/lounge/dining room. Very comfortable indeed. Two floors with staircase to two bedrooms, one en suite and one family bathroom. WC also on the floor with lounge. Comfortable beds. Spacious bedrooms. Perfect for larger groups. Lots of staff on hand to help at Reception. A bit noisy as facing road and lots of revellers out at night. Early morning bin lorries too. Great service from Bob who went out of his way to help us have rooms best suited to our party of 4 adults. A few suggestions for Management: better kitchen cloths than J- cloth style ones; oven needs checking in #3 as did not warm up; roller blinds need attention as some are chaffed at edges and don’t roll up without manual help.

Had one nights stay with my family of 6 . It was a surprise birthday . Hotel staff were great with helping organise the surprise. Room number 9. Right at the front of floor 3. Very noisy all night . Take ear plugs . Apartments were lovely and well equipped. Under ground carpark which is quite steep .wouldn't recommend if you have a low car. Very central location. Would use again but choose a room at the back

Lovely apartments very clean and well presented. The staff on reception were also amazing and very friendly, namely bob.. brilliant location if you want to do any shopping and also on the morning of check out I rang down to reception as I was running slightly late and they said no problem at all, something which is quite rare now a days so I was extremely surprised.. Anytime I plan to stay in Liverpool again it will surely be here..

Great clean hotel and very central. Would definitely stay again. Staff were very smiley and helpful Easy car park Home bargains and Tescos were just a 3 minute walk We done the magical mystery tour about the beatles and I would recommend it 😗😗

Our recent last minute stay was excellent! Very spacious and clean apartment’s with everything you could possibly need for a family stay. Ideally located for exploring Liverpool with the addition of parking (chargeable). All the staff we met were extremely helpful, polite and happy. Highly recommended

Stunning penthouse didn't want to leave out this world amazing stay could of lived there we stayed in on the Sunday my partner cooked we chilled it was such a beautiful stay loved every minute of it and definitely will be returning just love this place ❤️ perfect

Modern, comfortable and very spacious accommodation only in the heart of Liverpool. Very clean and fully equipped accommodation. Relatively quiet too, considering the proximity to roads, bars and shops. Very comfortable beds. Very warm in winter, but opening windows if needed. Secure parking available. Only downsides were, 1. No hot water if you wanted to get up early 2. Size means you need lighting on all of the time. 3. Poor condition of some furniture, especially the sofa which was worn out and should be replaced. 4. Very hard to locate the Hotel and Car Park if you are driving to the venue and don't know central Liverpool.
