Clean room. Instead of 2 full sized shower towels, only 1 was provided with extra mid sized towels. Laundry was a hit and miss. Only washer was working and dryer was out of order. Breakfast was sustainable with coffee and waffle. The juice machine was out of order. Most important of all, the service counter staff was accommodating and service oriented.

Ya'll need to accept that folks hit the wrong button and need to reimburse a mistake booking. No matter the time frame. Ditch the 24 hour no cancelation and the fee for it.

The beds were horrible, the air conditioner didnt work properly. The rooms stunk, ice machine was broken, no coffee pots...the breakfast was sub-par. The advantage was being beside McDonalds

We stayed Friday night May 31 in room 218. The room itself was fine. Things went downhill the next morning. Hubby brought up coffee from the lobby. It was cold. Once we were ready to go, we went downstairs to have breakfast and check out. There was no one at reception when we passed by on our way to the breakfast room. There was no creamer for the coffee, and no milk for the cereal. There was a line for the waffle iron. We finally gave up on having breakfast and left. There was still no one at reception, and in our distraction with the breakfast situation, we came home with the room key cards. Do you need your cards back?

No staff. Really couldn't find anyone on property for hours. While looking for staff saw inside the room where they prepare the "breakfast". You don't want to know what that looked like.

Not impressed with hotel personal. Shower curtain was dirty and had mildew. Bathtub didn't drain. Area was extremely noisy. Would not stay in Livingston again.
