1.管家服務不錯。出行都是擺渡車，響應也快。冬天可能有點冷，建議酒店全部升級成封閉車。
2.活動中心無邊泳池很贊，人少的時候看風景，拍照都是一流的。我們去的時候沒人，是獨享的，體驗很好。
3.房間建議直接選二居室以上的，窗口風景更佳。這次住的房間對着山下村子和竹海停車場，陽台風景一般。晚上可以看看星星，不錯。
4.山下酒店有温泉，自助餐一般，不值那個價錢。
5.南山竹海門票不要在酒店套餐裏買，到酒店後直接買VIP，不用排隊。
6.酒店可以加床。
綜合評價還行。

酒店很美，趁着國慶假期帶全家一起遊玩，這個酒店最大的特色就是每個房間都配有專屬的管家，我們的管家宋俐琨特別貼心，早早的就跟我聯繫，説了注意事項，在酒店的4天有求必應，3分鐘內一定解決客人的問題，下次還會來的。

很哇塞的酒店，蓋在上山的小別墅，房間寬敞，環境很美。一對一管家服務，替我們安排的是黃倩管家，服務熱情周到，接駁車隨叫隨到，酒店邊上就是御水温泉和南山竹海，以後有時間一定會再去。
