Lovely, everything's close at hand. Great pools. Food was excellent. Close to town. Kids club was very good. I would recommend this for a family holiday or for a couple who didn't mind kids playing. The rooms were really well planned out and big.

Amazing hotel staff so friendly and kind food was same but it was ok. Pools are fab my little one loved the pools room was quite big balcony was massive would definitely be back fab hotel the pool bar was good food in the food bar was ok entertainment was ok bingo was fun

Les chambres très bien literie excellente le service excellent la cafetière superbe les serveurs très professionnels souriants agréables franchement hôtel excellent parking bien propre et pratique accueil serviable souriant nous avons eu un sac avec des fruits et boissons pour notre retour du jamais vu ailleurs

Staying here at the minute. Absolutely nightmare trying to get luggage up to room. Up a hill and total unsuitable for anyone with disabilities. Food is very poor went for first dinner tonight and food was cold. Soup was horrible cold and greasy. Selection of drink at bar very poor. Wont be back .The balcony is so tiny and we are overlooking a car park. Definitely not 4 star would give it a 2.

The hotel is lovely. Clean, good selection of food at dinner. Breakfast was the same each day but not bad. Coffee machins, juices, pancakes bacon eggs bread cheeses, meats and cereals. Rooms decent size. Pool and slides are fab however, it’s quite slippy round those areas lots of kids and adults fell. It definitely needs more grip mats around. Good selection in the bar area of hot food, drinks and ice cream. The evening entertainment is pretty naff. The hotel is up high so when you walk down to beach and tourist shops be prepared for the walk back! Staff are nice enough. Mornings are pretty civilised with loads of seats available without having to be up early to reserve!

The staff are all so friendly. This was our 3rd year in a row and we'll be back next year too! We didn't go all inclusive the 1st year and did say trips etc. The best days we had that year was when we didn't leave the hotel so for the last two years we went all inclusive and didn't leave the hotel. Absolute bliss! Saved us a fortune compared to the first year too. Our son has autism and loves the place. With all the waterslides, the little soft play area, pool tables and kids entertainment on an evening he loves it and generally, if he's happy, we're all happy. As I said at the start though, it's the staff that make it, from the reception, to the restaurant, pool side bar, life guards, well all the staff, they are all so friendly and make us feel so welcome every year! See you next year!

Generally very very happy with our stay. Hotel was clean throughout, roomsize was as expected for a hotel of this sort, staff were friendly and food was more than adequate ( especially considering we are vegetarians).... Plenty of space around the pool - the kids had an amazing time. We very much enjoyed . A short 10 minute walk to the beach and shops, this hotel is very well positioned. Close enough to the nightlife to enjoy it, but not too close to be disturbed by it . How could it have been 5 stars from me ? Hotel entertainment wasn't great. Pretty much non existent during the day and repetitive at night. Also, food needs to be labelled better ... For some foods there was no indication exactly what it was you were eating ( type of fish, or fillings in the spring rolls etc ) .... But these are minor things and really shouldn't deter you from booking.

Hotel limpio, para ser agosto no estava para nada masificado, mucho espacio de tumbonas y relax, los toboganes muy divertidos para todas las edades, buffet libre variado y con noches de cenas temáticas. En mi opinión es un hotel perfecto para ir en família, con niños de cualquier edad.

Lo positivo del hotel es su personal el cual es magnífico. Desde los chicos de recepción, las personas de limpieza, los camareros del bar empezando por Alex y todos sus compañeros y el personal de comedor empezando por Cándido, Ángeles , Sebas, Cid, etc. Bueno....las habitaciones están bastante bien, son amplias y están bastante cuidadas El resto de la opinión no es una mala crítica sino una crítica constructiva para mejorar. El comedor necesita en nuestra opinión un poco más de variedad a la hora de los menús diarios, si decir que la calidad es bastante buena y está todo muy bueno, pero falta algo más donde elegir. La piscina necesita personal competente, no se puede hacer un niño pequeño caca en la piscina infantil y simplemente pescar la caca y listo. El protocolo debería ser el cerrar durante el tiempo determinado que se estime para depurar todo el agua, cosa que no se hizo hoy ( 24 de agosto) por lo que se han estado bañando los niños en un agua contaminada. Las noches.... Son un punto y a parte, se pone intención pero las personas encargadas de la animación son pésimas. No motivan, no animan, ni alegran.... No he visto hotel de la cadena best donde antes de las once la nochea gente se suba a la habitación y termine la animación. Creo que son puntos que deben mejorar!!!
