Great little budget hotel, good selection of food at lunch and evening, the breakfast was great everyday, staff are all very friendly, good selection of drinks all in all very good value for money. Rooms are dated but cleaned everyday with fresh towels and good size balcony, air con was slightly noisy but didn't really bother us as it kept us lovely and cool in bed. Dont read the bad reviews as it is a 3 star hotel and these reviews dont do the copacabana justice, it is a good hotel and you get what you pay for! If you want a fantastic little budget hotel you need to stay here, we had a fantastic family holiday!!!! Take a handful of euros for your refundable plastic cup at the bar as you can only get a cup with cash. We will return to this hotel as it is great value for money.

I sent this email and awaited a response but one didn't arrive : Good morning , We had a 10 night stay in room 508 , 7 of those were fine , however on the 8th day the air conditioning unit developed a leak, I reported to reception and was told it would be fixed , nothing happened on the first day so I asked again and was told the same , again nothing was done , I asked for a fan or something we could use as the dripping sound was so annoying we had to turn it off . No fan was offered . Basically I asked on 3 separate occasions and I was just ignored . We've had to put a bin underneath and keep emptying the water for 3 days . I thought I would contact you and see what you say before leaving my review. Regards Overall not bad , I think we were lucky though as the first week was fairly quiet but nearing the end of our 10 day stay it got busier with teens . This brought out the flaws though : paper thin walls so we could hear clubbers coming back between 2-5am , I don't blame them as they are having a good time but a bit of soundproofing would enhance our stay . Food was not bad at all , good variety and caters for all . Drinks were fine Cleaners were pretty good Staff : about 70% were happy , the others didn't want to be there . Location couldn't argue at all. If your looking for a quiet stay maybe look elsewhere. The price reflects our stay so not much more I can add , you'll have a decentish holiday here but not one you'll be rebooking for another stay . Just very disappointed in being ignored about the air conditioning issue. Hope this helps anyone .

I have just returned from a long weekend with my teenage daughter, we were all inclusive at this hotel. You get what you pay for at this hotel, do not book a 3* star hotel and expect The Ritz. The rooms are dated but clean and the aircon is a complete Godsend. The food is edible, plenty to choose from and lots of fresh salad. The breakfast and lunch buffets kept us going throughout the day. We chose to eat out every evening to try the local cuisine and to have an above average meal as we were only in Lloret for 4 nights. The all inclusive drinks are good, generous measurements and it was never a problem to get served at the bar. You pay a 1 euro deposit for a reusable cup, in other reviews I'd seen people moan about this however I think it's a great idea, it prevents there being paper cups left around everywhere and is better for the environment. My only advice would be, keep hold of your plastic cup! On day 3 of our holiday, I had ran out of change so asked the bar lady if I could pay my 1 euro deposit via card, she said no because it is cash only. I explained I had no cash left, she shrugged her shoulders stating "no cash, no cup" I asked if it was possible to be given a cup without paying the 1 euro deposit, but this also wasn't an option. So basically what I was being told was due to not have a 1 euro I now could not have another drink for the entire holiday, despite paying all inclusive. I approached the main reception with my issue, and one of the staff member's kindly lent me 1 euro so that I could exchange this for a cup. I think this needs working on to prevent any future holiday makers being disappointed if they're in the same scenario - no 1 euro no cup! The location of the hotel is perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the main ***** and beach. As it is a cheap hotel in a perfect location, expect lots of young adults staying here as a base to their clubbing holiday. This was my first visit to Lloret and I enjoyed every minute of it, it was so lively with a great mixture of culture. Would definitely return.

Lloret de Mar as a place is beautiful, loads of things to do, plenty of amazing restaurants, anyone visitng should try Meson Antonio, SmashBros and Ca L'Enric. There are plenty of great walks but can be quite hilly in places. Onto the hotel itself, the staff where wonderful and always very helpful. Tourist tax is a given anywhere in Europe, was very reasonable. I know all hotels have charges for the use of a safe in their rooms however I didn't realise I would need to put down a deposit for use of a TV remote and also for the reusable cup we where issued with on our first day. On this break we chose to go all inclusive, not worth it as we ate out almost everyday as the food selection was very limited. The best meal available was breakfast. All inclusive snacks available in the morning consisted of toasties and in the afternoon toasties and chips. Bar times where from 10am to 11pm and was 1 drink per cup, if u didn't follow the guidance set out you would be removed from all inclusive. The pool is lovely, although, there is NO lifeguard on duty. Our room was very basic, a TV, safe, a double bed and a single bed. No fridge which is a major draw back if u need to store medication. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything coming from next door. The hotel is quite dated. Very popular with international guests, large groups of young adults on their first solo holiday, so it can be quite rowdy once the alcohol is flowing.

Ok, So I treated myself for birthday and I was shocked how GREAT this holidays were for me I see a lot of people are negative but you get how you treat others ☺️ Very friendly stuff, especially BAR, (Anto, Lena, Marc) love you guys Stuff at reception at restaurant are amazing to, very friendly, NEXT YEAR AGAIN ☺️ So let's go on for this price it's very great, room is OK, a bit old but yeah solid 3.. In my room, toilet should be renovated Food: Breakfast 10/10 Lunch 7/10 Dinner 7/10 Bar 20/10 :))) Next year we meet again Seeyaa, Aleksander
