M han rubato il bagaglio in reception. In teoria l hotel stesso invita a lasciarlo lì prima del check in dato che danno le camere alle 3 del pomeriggio..... Vacanza rovinata 500€ di danni e nessuna assistenza. Ho dovuto chiamare io la polizia Svizzera. Giudicate voi a me mi censurano

Stay away from this place!!! there is a big gap between what is shown on the website and what is actually received. The accommodation is actually in another building used for offices and apartments. There is a loud noise from outside from the Bars until late hours of the night. The hot water is enough for two showers and we were 6 people. the hotel rreceptionists did not provide a solution or compensation. There is no advantage to the place except for the central location and even parking lot is a 5 minute walk. I was very disappointed with the service and the stay!

Accoglienza alla reception dell'hotel di fronte, con una receptionist gentilissima ed efficiente. Stanze spaziose e pulite. La colazione inclusa, sempre nell'hotel di fronte, ottima e abbondante. Posizione strategica, a pochi passi da tutto. Da provare.
