The hotel appears to have been renovated. Unfortunately, it was done amateurishly. There are open cable ducts and electrical sockets everywhere, the joints are a disaster, the walls creak, electrical sockets are partly covered with tape, anyone who knows even a little bit about DIY could do it better. The only positive point is the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. You get what you get for the price.

My husband and I enter through the main door and are immediately pervaded by a strong smell that I can't describe, perhaps smoke. Unbearable. This smell is present throughout the hotel. Downstairs there is a club that plays music until late at night (I think until 5 in the morning). Terrible breakfast, little choice and poor quality. The bed was comfortable but the room was initially very cold and then very hot. We won't be going back again. I advise you not to go too.

This hotel has all of your basic needs. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is across from the downtown train station and has restaurants and shops within walking distance. It includes a nice buffet breakfast. It is within walking distance of Lake Maggiore.

Good for the price. We had a quiet room for a family of four. Our bathroom was renovated, the room was clean. Reception very friendly. Otherwise, of course, basic - but they make no secret of that. We stayed one night in the autumn - we would come again because of the ideal location opposite the train station.

Unfortunately not... we booked for one night. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillow was more like a headboard. The room was clean, which was a small plus. The breakfast - the coffee was undrinkable and the rest was just the cheapest. We left the coffee and were glad we could leave this hole. A host - not really, more of a tourist water heater.
