Doing Business trip in London, and the hotel location is OK. I could access to the places I needed to go by car.
Staff here were friendly and very accommodating.
The room was newly renovated and clean with comfy beds. I was satisfied to stay here.

The property was under construction and some of the room amenities were not present. The room was very well laid out and spacious. Would go there in the future once renovations are completed.

The rooms are renovated. Been here many times over the years. Nice touches but lacked some basics. The bathroom shower - accident waiting to happen. Slippery bottom with no grab bars. Be very careful! Highly recommend putting something on shower floor. In addition, in order to turn shower taps on need to literaly get in shower, risking getting hit with cold water. This is because shower doors only open on far right. Also, if shower head wasn't pointed towards wall water dripped onto floor - lots! Last complaint, no full length mirror anywhere despite plenty of room to have one in main area. Beds were great, everything you need. Nice effort at decorating but basics not considered. Not very sound proof. Lastly did a nice job on bagged breakfast.

Despite being under Reno’s the hotel was clean. The room was newly renovated but the HVAC system didn’t appear to have any heat but the room was equipped with a portable heater. Not ideal but it worked. The grab n go breakfast was not great so we ate at a restaurant. I’m certain it will be better once the Reno’s are complete.
