I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found it very convenient in terms of location—just a few minutes' walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with a heater, which made it quite comfortable in the colder weather.
However, there are a couple of downsides to note. The hotel does not have an elevator, which might be inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage. Also, the window in my room was a bit drafty, which made the room colder than expected at night.

the location is good to t Pancras International and King's Cross St. Pancras station, it is good for take early train thur this 2 station to Paris / north of UK, and so far so good.

位置：位置很便利，就在國王十字車站附近5分鐘左右的路程。離店時間是11點，訂了12點去Inverness的火車票，絲滑趕路
房間：酒店給的單人間在地下層，沒有電梯，行李重的朋友要注意了。房間雖然比較小，但也很新，風扇和電吹風都有，房間打掃得比較乾淨，佈置也比較有格調。

I stayed at this hotel for a night before my eurostar to Paris. The room was clean and cosy, I liked being able to control the temperature in the room and the hotel was super central to getting the train or eurostar. What made my experience go from good to amazing was Hassian working at reception, he was extremely helpful as I came in through the door, to reception with a broken phone, needing eurostar tickets printed out and a 4.45am wake up all - all of which he helped me with. He went above and beyond to help me and made sure I had a lovely stay. 100/10 for customer service!
