The service attitude is friendly, the environment is clean and the facilities are perfect.
The location of the hotel is convenient for transportation. There are underground Monument and Bank within a few blocks, and you can walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Stayed whilst visiting London for a family event. Our room was a little tired and drab but it was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the location made it an excellent choice. 5 minutes walk from Monument Tube Station and right on the doorstep of the Thames. Value for money if you are on a budget but want to be close to tourist attractions.

All the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely perfect in the morning. Hotel was also in a very central place for my family’s trip.

Stayed at Premier Inn Bank in Aug 2024 Hotel was in good location, very close to Tower Bridge, Skygarden, The Lookout, Leadenhall Market. Two tube stations close by. Would definitely stay again comfortable bed, clean room and great breakfast. Wi fi was the only let down - not great.

We changed to this hotel at the last minute and we were glad we did, the location was close to several underground stations which made moving around the city easy. The staff were brilliant and friendly and polite and nothing was a bother to them. We are in the hotel most days and the food was always lovely. Would recommend.
