Myself & my teen daughter stayed here for two nights in a double room. The best feature of the hub is its location, right in the heart of Covent Garden so you have everything on your doorstep. This is basically a self service bed in a box, there's no 'reception' as such. We arrived early & unfortunately couldn't get early check in by paying the extra £10 & we didn't fee secure enough to leave our luggage so we dragged it around with us until we could check in at 3pm. You activate your own room card at a small kiosk in the lobby. When we first arrived there was a family of three in front of us & the girl manning the desk could not have been more rude to them, dismissive, eye rolling, weary of life & not interested in any level of customer service, she seemed 'put upon' to have to engage with guests at all. The rooms are basically a bed, toilet, shower, very limited storage, no wardrobe, about 3 hangers & a pull out drawer under the bed. Myself & my daughter had a giggle about me having to climb over her to get in & out of bed. Also the glass panel between the bedroom & bathroom gave us another laugh as you can stand on the bed & stare at the person using the shower/loo etc...if you were that way inclined lol. It served our purpose as we just wanted a base to explore, shop & enjoy the sights for a short stay. We just used the room to sleep in & spent no time there so it did the job. We also spied Tom Holland emerging from his play next door in The Duke of York theatre so big bonus for my daughter there. If you're ok with no frills, no extras & just a bed in a great location this will tick the box for you. I would say 3 nights would be my limit here, anymore & it could get a bit claustrophobic.
