The room was a shoe box! No room to swing a cat. Claustrophobic and not very pleasant. We normally know what we are getting with a premier Inn but this one was terrible. We even had to make our own bed!!!!

Myself & my teen daughter stayed here for two nights in a double room. The best feature of the hub is its location, right in the heart of Covent Garden so you have everything on your doorstep. This is basically a self service bed in a box, there's no 'reception' as such. We arrived early & unfortunately couldn't get early check in by paying the extra £10 & we didn't fee secure enough to leave our luggage so we dragged it around with us until we could check in at 3pm. You activate your own room card at a small kiosk in the lobby. When we first arrived there was a family of three in front of us & the girl manning the desk could not have been more rude to them, dismissive, eye rolling, weary of life & not interested in any level of customer service, she seemed 'put upon' to have to engage with guests at all. The rooms are basically a bed, toilet, shower, very limited storage, no wardrobe, about 3 hangers & a pull out drawer under the bed. Myself & my daughter had a giggle about me having to climb over her to get in & out of bed. Also the glass panel between the bedroom & bathroom gave us another laugh as you can stand on the bed & stare at the person using the shower/loo etc...if you were that way inclined lol. It served our purpose as we just wanted a base to explore, shop & enjoy the sights for a short stay. We just used the room to sleep in & spent no time there so it did the job. We also spied Tom Holland emerging from his play next door in The Duke of York theatre so big bonus for my daughter there. If you're ok with no frills, no extras & just a bed in a great location this will tick the box for you. I would say 3 nights would be my limit here, anymore & it could get a bit claustrophobic.

AC broken and emmited a loud alarm every 30 mins or so -hair dryer broken - was only allowed 1 roll of toilet tissue at a time -no one answers front desk calls -large unsafe crowds out front every evening, can not get inside safely -was not allowed an extra bottle of still water -was told not allowed to have an extra comforter when stated bed was too firm and uncomfortable These are the biggest issues It's the little things too... Like sitting at the reception desk on your phone while a guest struggles with packages, a pizza box, and bottles of water to find their room key...and not offer to help.. It's a good location and I guess it's less expensive but next time I will pay a little more of these...little things

We had a great stay. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. Room was small as expected. It was clean and very modern, everything you need. The only negative is the lack of pillow protectors. We asked the room cleaning lady for pillow protectors only to be told they don't use them at this hotel...

I stayed just one night as I was meeting family for dinner and activities. I wanted to feel safe, somewhere central with a clean comfortable room- Premier Inn is often a first choice for stays like this. I secured the room for £84 which delighted me for central London on a Friday night. The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable, cool and the bathroom clean and functional. A super good value stay thank you. Dynamic pricing means prices fluctuate and I got a good deal this time. On other occasions I’ve been quoted £200+ for a room which I think makes it less good value.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised of the service and the quality of the room. Everyone was ultra friendly. The room was comfy and quite and only a slight issue with needing another bath towel which was put right straight away.
