Great location, shaver socket didn’t work and stairs to basement a bit dangerous but otherwise good value.

London was the last destination of our trip. We were a bit tired of moving from city to city but so lucky to have chosen to stay at Astors Belgravia. The staff was so nice and helpful all the time. Rooms are small but beds very comfortable. They leave tea, coffee a kettle and some snacks in your room every day which I found very thoughtful. Specially for tired travelers like us. There’s no elevator but they help with the suitcases. Breakfast was good too and with lots of options to choose from.
I would definitely stay here again!

The location was close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station, making it convenient for transportation. Although it is quite a distance away, I was able to walk to Buckingham Palace. The hotel was small and cozy. Like an old British home? I thought it had some charm due to its unique character, but honestly, the facilities and cleanliness were disappointing. 5th floor without elevator... ㅠ During check-in, the staff member lifted up 3 suitcases by herself (I had an injured arm and my companion had a finger injury), but I felt very sorry for staying still.
The wooden window frame that goes up from the bottom has a charm, but it has black spots... There were pieces of snacks that someone had spilled under the bed, traces of past guests in the toilet, and water in the bathroom that had been drained. I know it's because London's accommodations are very old, but they seem to need maintenance.
There were 2-3 popular cafes right in front of the hotel, so the atmosphere around was nice.

The front desk is friendly and the location is great.
It's a bit narrow, but it seems to be good value for money in London!
Maybe the building is a bit old, but the soundproofing is a bit disappointing.

It’s a small three star hotel which has a good and helpful stuff. Though they don’t have lifts but they have a person helping with luggages all the time. I liked the family atmosphere in the hotel. It is clean but the building is quite old and walls are thin to hear the neighbors moaning 😁 .
Breakfast is good but they didn’t change the menu for 2 days. Would be better if they change the menu sometimes. I left my luggages there after checking out and when I returned asked to stay there about an hour before my bus arrived. They let me and offered coffee, tea and water. All in all, good experience for a 3 star hotel.

Great location very near victoria coach station. Staff friendly, room not ready on our arrival (1.20pm), didn't offer any refreshments while we waited, so left our bags there and went out. Our room was very small, bed up tight to a firegrate, which was very dusty on the top. I asked to change but was told hotel was full. Bathroom was good, nice tiles with a good shower and towels. Breakfast was continental good selection of foods, limited seating, some guests had to wait.

Soggiorno con famiglia dal 2 al 7 luglio. Situazione igienica che ha superato i limiti della decenza. FOTO ASSOLUTAMENTE NON REALISTICHE!!! Abbiamo prenotato una tripla ci siamo ritrovati un lettino a una piazza e mezza e una brandina pieghevole con doghe rotte quasi piegata al centro con le molle che si sentivano sotto le mani . Situazione igienica : moquette sporchissima ( durante tutto il soggiorno non è stata passata 1 volta l’ aspirapolvere ,mi erano cadute delle cose e sono rimaste lì per 5 giorni). Bagno con perdite d’acqua sul pavimento dietro il lavabo . Asciugamani sempre sporchi con addirittura macchie marroni di feci e lenzuola con macchie gialle ( non oso immaginare di cosa … ) Quando ci siamo lamentati si sono limitati solamente a scusarsi . Colazione: fette di pan carré con muffa l’abbiamo fatto notare e hanno visto che abbiamo fatto le foto hanno tolto quel pane e si sono scusati dicendo che è colpa delle alte temperature ( siamo capitati nella settimana più fredda dell’estate …) Unica nota positiva: la gentilezza del personale ,ma questo non ha sicuramente ripagato il disservizio estremo . SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!
