An amazing place to stay that is so close to everything you need to get to in Central London! About 2 mins walk to Aldgate East Tube station if the closest entry is open (during busy times), only a total of 5 minutes to the other entry if it’s not. Comfortable bed, lovely en-suite bathroom, wonderful service from all staff and the cooked breakfast every day in the pub (included in rate!) was superb. No complaints whatsoever, this was a wonderful experience! My flight came in before 9am and I stopped by expecting to just drop my luggage and was told that I could go straight to my room, which was amazing and allowed me to decompress from a very long travel day. Thank you to everyone at the Buxton, I will be back!

Misleading advertising that the property was pet friendly. That is why I booked this hotel. Upon arriving I was told NO, only the restaurant was. I tried to explain that it was on their website and on ******* and that I relied on that, but they kept arguing that that was not the case. I don’t think that they know what they are talking about. Very disappointing to say the least. False advertising can be taken to court.

We enjoyed our one night stay at The Buxton. It was close to Spitalfields Market which we enjoyed visiting and it was an easy tube ride to the West End for the theatre. It was a good last minute find for a reasonable price in central London and the breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at The Buxton last weekend when in London for a family wedding. Super central location, food was amazing, service superb and room comfortable. Check in went really smoothly. Would highly recommend eating here as the food is divine.
