We booked a double studio room with a tiny kitchenette. Staff is very friendly and helpful, convenient location with lot of eatery choices in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it is sunny and very warm during our stay but no AC in this hotel. We requested an extra fan but doesn’t help much. The room won’t cool down until mid night.

Very well located hotel, attentive and very smiling staff.
Very clean and well maintained.
Not crazy breakfast and no air conditioning in the room.
A little noisy in the evening (creaking floor)
Other than that we had an excellent stay.

The location is fantastic as it is near to the British Museum and accessible to subway and bus easily. The breakfast is good and I enjoyed the toast and cornflakes. Please note breakfast is served at their sister’s hotel which is just beside. There is no garden as mentioned by some visitors. I was assigned a basement room and it is damped and has small moths in the room. The heater was both working at all and it was cold in the room. Informed the hotel 3 times and it was not fixed and no information was feedback to me in whether it is working or not. I will suggest to book the sister hotel which looks much better and newer and it is in the same location.

It's worth staying in the most prosperous area of London for more than 2,000 yuan. It only takes five minutes to walk to the British Museum.

The area is large and quiet. There is a bar which is very convenient. The sofa bed is large and a little soft but my daughter said it was ok. It is cleaned every day. There is an elevator but the corridor is small. Most of the staff are Indian and very friendly.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they were happy to store our luggage for us, which was very helpful. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, and we had a quick chat. It was very quiet from the reception to our room, and we could hear the birds singing in the park outside our window, which made us feel relaxed. The room was very clean, and there were plenty of amenities such as towels, hairdryers, and shampoo, so it was very comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was okay, quite big, on the first floor, with windows, kitchen and microwave. The temperature is okay now and I slept well. Breakfast is next door. Very close to the British Museum. Just walking distance.
