This is the third time I’ve stayed here within the last 6 months. It’s my go-to hotel for London trips. I’m always so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Sherin on the front desk, and the breakfasts are exceptional. Olena helped us this time to source the gluten free and vegan food, she is a credit to the team. Thank you again to the hotel and I look forward to returning very soon!

The hotel is just an ordinary business hotel, which is not in line with the price of more than 1,000 RMB. Don't be misled by the pictures. It is in the general direction near the Tower Bridge of London, and the entrance is on a side road. I don't know how the grand view posted on Ctrip was taken? I stayed at Hampton Hilton in Dubai and it was not bad. I thought the one in London should not be bad. When I arrived, I found that it was just the standard of domestic economy hotels. The only consolation was that they provided a breakfast, which was full. There were no slippers in the room, and they said that economy hotels do not provide slippers, so I had to wear shoes in the room or go barefoot. The front desk said that mineral water would cost 1 pound, but I saw another front desk generously gave 2 bottles to another guest. I asked if I had to pay? Later, they were embarrassed and gave me a bottle of water, saying it was free. Are they bullying me because I look Chinese? I will never book this hotel again.

Overall good; Breakfast if you are not celiac is great, if you are celiac: little variety.
The comfortable bed, the HORRIBLE pillows, you will wake up with neck and head pain...
The TV doesn't work... the movies are paid and if you want to enter your phone number to play your prime video or Netflix... IMPOSSIBLE.
The gym is scarce... 1 pulley that works for the chest and that's it...
Would I stay again? I don't think so
