The room is not big, but it is comfortable and convenient enough, and the functions are complete. The service is not so enthusiastic, but it is enough. The biggest highlight is the geographical location, the National Gallery, Chinatown, Piccadilly circles are all very close, supermarkets and food are convenient!

It’s a tired hotel in the center of London with spacious rooms. The entrance is on the back side of the street and there is no view from the window. I would give 3 stars to the hotel and hope they can renovate the space.

Everything is good, especially the location, just a short walk to Chinatown. But the water heater broke down twice, and one of the elevators broke down during the few days I stayed there (a total of two elevators)

The bed in the room was a bit dirty and the quilt cover was stained. Everything else was pretty good and the location was good. Highly recommended.

Stayed for four nights, traveling alone. The room I was given was a slightly smaller one on the same floor, but the location was very good. It was convenient for visiting the National Gallery and watching musicals at various theaters in the West District in the evening...it was very close to Chinatown and convenient for finding food. …Overall pretty good
