設施：一樓房間洗水盆漏水。
衞生：還算乾淨，就是地下層的廚房一股大蒜味。
環境：外面環境幽雅，裏面負一層天花板發黴。
服務：服務一般，網絡欠費打電話給客服説馬上處理到退房走都沒處理，由於下午到的比較晚，買了游泳票第二天早上去游泳，客服沒説在哪裡遊找了很久浪費了點時間，打電話給客服説1點前退房衹給推遲半小時，而且還不到十二點半就打電話催説要來搞衞生。

房間有黴味，偶爾會出來幾衹蟑螂，臨時預訂的別墅，雖然有管家服務但是不能跟酒店管理的比較（一個管家管好多家別墅），如果是暑假出遊這個價格不值，淡季出遊應該價格還可以接受。另外，除了私家泡池和K房，對小孩子不友好，遊玩設施不多。

房間不錯，但是負一樓那間房不太好，頭頂是玻璃的，晚上下雨就很吵。燒烤的話油煙會往房裡跑，如果有個風扇就很好了。服務不錯，整體都挺好。
