Residence Inn Los Angeles Torrance/Redondo Beach

It was my first time ever staying at this hotel and although the room was very nice the first room the gave us was dirty. The bed had been used, the kitchen had trash and food in it, the table and floor was dirty and I booked this room in a middle of a pandemic and the only thing they did to compensate for giving me a dirty room that could have been potentially contaminated with Covid for all I know was wafer of a 16 dollar parking fee. When in reality me and all my friends actually risked our lives and compromised the safely of our immune systems by this hotel giving us the keys to a dirty room. I have stayed at a decent amount of hotels in my age and I have never ever been given a room that had not been cleaned at all. I thought it was especially ridiculous just because I have no idea who had been in that room before us, they could have had covid and we could have brought that home to my family members like that was a ridiculous experience. I did enjoy the room itself once we got a clean one the kitchen is nice and spacious but I just really didn’t like the way they handled the room situation. It was a very unprofessional thing to happen and I did not appreciate how they brushed off the situation like it isnt a big deal as if people aren’t renting hotels to quarantine cause they have covid or what if a traveling nurse was staying in the room and she is exposed to covid regularly? Nice hotel rooms but the customer service could use some work the lady at the desk looked annoyed and I know it’s obviously not her fault but just the lack of care that the hotel employees potentially put me and my friends lives in danger is absolutely ridiculous to me. But like I said nice rooms, but customer service again could use to some work. I would give the room itself 5 stars, customer service at the front desk 1 star.
Residence Inn Los Angeles Redondo Beach

This hotel is actually a certain distance away from the airport. When I made a reservation, it seemed that he was relatively new. It is not recommended to choose this for flights arriving at night, it is not too easy to find. There is a charge for parking in the hotel. Of course, you can also tell the front desk that you did not drive because it is a large public parking lot with 4S shops and other agencies nearby. In this way you don't have to pay parking fees. But there is no parking ticket in your car. You will be fined if you catch it, and it's not safe. The most important thing is that Chinese people must be honest!
Residence Inn Pasadena Arcadia

Apartment hotel, open kitchen, no kitchen utensils, but a refrigerator. In the hotel area at home, there are many hotels nearby. The environment is very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bathroom is lacking. There is no dry and wet separation. It may be due to rain. The room is a bit damp.

Residence Inn Long Beach Downtown

There are two family hotels in Long Beach. This one is located by the sea. The other one is next to the airport. I have stayed at both hotels. It was the first one I lived in. The one close to the airport was not comfortable and the cost performance was not high. The parking fee plus the room charge added up to nearly 1800. My room can't see the sea yet, I booked a double bed, but gave me a double bed, and I was too lazy to change ~ The room was still clean, the cooking utensils were very complete, and the check-in staff was very enthusiastic But the air conditioner was too noisy, basically I couldn't sleep well all night! For breakfast at 9:30, there is no more food, the waiters can't wait to pack up and go home. Go early if you have breakfast.
