Located close to the grotto and basilika, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The room was clean and bright. The staffs area very helpful. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Lourdes

hôtel bien situé, excellent accueil, très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la chambre. chambre PMR qui répond aux attendus. place de parking PMR très appréciée. par contre, prix élevé pour le petit déjeuner comme pour le dîner (surtout quand vous arrivez à 20h et que le choix est restreint).

C’est la première fois que j’allais dans cet hôtel à Lourdes. Tout est parfait, la chambre avec une grande salle de bain, les buffets et surtout le personnel est au petits soins pour les clients. Merci à toute l’équipe du Saint-Sauveur. À l’année prochaine !

Veniamo a Lourdes da molti anni ormai, tra amiche, questo è l'hotel che abbiamo preferito: è vicinissimo al Santuario, ha letti molto comodi, il bar di mattina apre presto e c'è anche la brasserie per una cena veloce on site. Accoglienza perfetta. Non manca niente.

Senza dubbio il primo plus di questo hotel è la sua ubicazione, essendo situato a due minuti a piedi dalla porta St Joseph del Santuario. Il personale è estremamente gentile e cortese (alcuni addetti della reception parlano anche in italiano) e fornisce tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno confortevole, fornendo anche un coupon di sconto del 10% in alcuni esercizi commerciali. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche nella scelta della pensione completa, per la quale il servizio del pranzo e della cena prevede un buffet abbastanza vario (carne, pesce e verdure, oltre a frutta e dolci) che abbiamo trovato di nostro gradimento. Le camere erano pulite, anche se con la moquette: la nostra (una quadrupla) era molto spaziosa e con due bagni, in uno dei quali c'era anche il bidet, e letti alla francese molto comodi.
