Globalement le séjour a été correct. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel était très agréable et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. Le seul bémol a été pour moi le restaurant qui est peut être un peu limité au niveau du choix (peut-être est-ce parce que je suis arrivée tard, ce que je peux comprendre). Mais le repas était bon malgré tout. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Lourdes.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dal Santuario, offre un parcheggio a pagamento sorvegliato e i proprietari sono delle persone estremamente cordiali. La sala ristorante è pulita e ben curata ed offre una colazione semplice ma con una discreta scelta per iniziare bene la giornata. Purtroppo la camera è stata molto deludente: pulizia davvero scarsa, copriletti vecchi e logori. In uno c’erano delle macchie rosse (forse smalto per le unghie) in un altro dei buchi (come se fossero bruciati). Cuscini scomodissimi e bagno privo di luce nella zona doccia. Dovevamo accendere quella dell’ingresso per poter avere un minimo di luminosità; la doccia era sprovvista di supporto per il soffione e logisticamente scomoda. A questo punto ci chiediamo se è lo standard o se siamo stati poco fortunati con la camera. Chiaramente, la prossima volta sceglieremo un’altra sistemazione.

Séjour d'une nuit en chambre triple avec mes enfants J'ai trouvé le personnel très aimable que ce soit à l'accueil qu'en salle de petit déjeuner. Chambre bien équipée Emplacement au calme Pas de nuisances de voisinage J'ai pu me garer facilement dans la rue bien qu'il y ait encore beaucoup de pèlerins à cette saison. L'hôtel a également un parking privé, et sinon lorsqu'il est libre un grand parking municipal est en face de l'hôtel. Très contente de mon sejour

Hotel in ottima posizione in luogo tranquillo a 10 minuti a piedi dal santuario e dal centro. Personale accogliente, disponibile, cortese e simpaticissimo. Camere grandi, pulite, comode con un bel bagno (peccato la mancanza di bidet come sempre in Francia). Colazione buona e abbondante. Abbiamo fatto pensione completa e siamo rimasti soddisfatti del mangiare (anche se a menu fisso) composto da antipasto un secondo e dolce, buono e casalingo. Parcheggio privato comodo e chiuso di notte (ci è stato offerto).

Very warm welcome, very kind and professional staff. Very clean room and restaurant, nothing to complain about. Full croissant breakfast, yoghurt toast, fruit....garage 8 EUR per night. Hotel very well located opposite there is a large municipal car park

To flee ! 140 spring mattress that squeaks, far from the good quality literature praised in the text, blackout curtains from another era threadbare and cut too short it's daylight, cardboard walls, you won't have a duvet but a blanket from the same era… the photos are misleading the hotel is old. I have photos. room 422 I was apparently in the quietest room I did not sleep. Gloomy parking lot, I preferred to put myself in the large lit square opposite. I went to sleep elsewhere after one night. I would like to point out that I am in hotels all over France and every weekend on the road. It is a hotel for tourists, not for rest. The director is adorable, her mother much less so, not very professional, almost reimbursed me even though I had not yet paid.

Clean, tidy room, only a small fridge is missing, everything else is ok. The owner of the hotel is super courteous and helpful, as are her staff. Excellent location for visiting the sanctuary and the cave.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and wish I had booked it for a lot longer. It’s a great hotel, not too large, not too small and the service is absolutely incredible – from the owner (who is on the premises from morning to evening), the receptionist (who responded to my many mails faster than any other hotel I’ve stayed at), and the dining room staff and the cleaning staff who could not do enough for one. Always so helpful and so cheerful even when they were run off their feet. They all spoke various languages so no guests were left embarrassed. The hotel is a little removed from the manic hustle and bustle that is Lourdes and that was so very welcome. Easy enough to find it you walk along the river and just as you make a left, there it is. There's also a bus stop about 3 minutes from the front door and there appears to be a lot of parking opposite - though I didnt have a car so not sure if it had to be paid for. Plentiful buffet breakfast and, as I had half board, the most delicious meals at a 3-course dinner. So, in addition to everyone/everything else, they also have a very good chef. And well-priced wines. Not like other hotels who put huge mark-ups on everything. The hotel is extremely reasonably priced altogether and so no wonder that the other residents I spoke to had been returning every year for a pretty long time and staying for weeks and even months. The weather was a little hotter than people would have liked but who can legislate for that? Better certainly than wet and cold. I hope to go back to Lourdes some time and without a doubt will stay at the Esplanade-Eden again. I was so delighted to find a place like that by chance. What a treasure.
