Hotel Golden Orchid

I was very delighted by the service provided to me by the staff in the hotel Golden Orchid. Room was very neat & clean. I have booked a standard room but to my surprise i was upgraded to delux room. I loved the R.K. Math facing room a lot. The food was very delicious. The Room service was very quick. The waiter was very friendly and professional. Since I was new to Lucknow, staff was very courteous in delivering a promised service. The Local Sight-seeing arranged by Mr. Nadan (Manager) was very much appreciated. He is an asset to this hotel. In short, we recommend this hotel for a stay if you travelling with family.

Value for money hotel near Lucknow university.20min from Hazrargunj. Nice clean environment nearby. Good food. Big clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom is good and big. Love to stay again.

Its a budget hotel with good approach and surroundings. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food quality is good and can be improved more. Room service is good, where availability of items should be maintained. Reception team has a good manner to welcome the people and are very polite. I wish Golden Orchid team for their great success.

Located near Nirala Nagar, an apparently posh area of Lucknow, this Hotel is truly a good place to stay. The staff was courteous and remained ever ready to serve its customers. However, the Hotel premises are not very large, therefore, parking can be a mess if too many vehicles are parked inside. Fare of the hotel was reasonable. We were three in number and it costed Rs. 700 each for us for a night. This hotel can be a very good stop for married couples. The rooms were spacious enough with cozy beds and mini bar. A Model Shop is located very close for liquor lovers. The food prices are moderate considering the hotel, indeed, it was cheaper than high end restaurants like Pind Balluchi, MMD, etc. The quality of food was excellent and it tasted good enough to be enjoyable. If you are lazy, slightly drunk and do not want to leave your room, you can consider having a meal here only. The room is centrally cooled and the bathroom is clean with adequate toileteries and towels. Overall, a nice stay. Note: Room fare does not includes complementary breakfast. Free Wifi, hot and cold water is also provided.

Overall stay was good and comfortable but room service was pathetic and slow. For washroom cleaning and basic items i had to call multiple times. Apart from that everything was good.

The hotel is situated near my home, nirali nagar and aliganj, where all my cousins stay. The stay was comfortable and breakfast included in the daily charges. Staff was courteous and pleasing to deal with.
